This location needs a good Manager.
Too many people working inside. But counter dirty and doesn’t have straws,Napkins by the sugar area. One cashier girl, taking orders,Making coffee, and cleans everything.
And 5 people just making the bagels.
No complaints. But trying to help.

I ate here a Farmhouse sandwich bagel 2months ago and I got a severe case of diarrhea. Today I went back because I forgot I got sick the last time and again I got a severe case of diarrhea. I don’t know what’s happening with the food here but it seems like the meat or eggs have some type of bacteria that is causing me to get sick.

Came to this location for a bagel with cream cheese. Got halfway home and opened to take a bite and bagel was burnt and there was the skimpiest portion of cream cheese on the bagel. Rationed cream cheese. It tasted like your were eating just burnt bread with no cream cheese. Terrible experience here. Didn’t have the energy to turn around and drive back. Ended up just throwing it away.

I have been a loyal customer at this store for several months now, eagerly looking forward to the Monday special that they advertise each week. It's become a bit of a ritual for me; every month, I mark my calendar and set aside time to visit the store, excited to take advantage of the fantastic deal. However, my experience has been marred by a recurring issue that I can't seem to shake off. Each time I attempt to order the special, I find myself facing unnecessary hurdles, and today was no exception. As I approached the counter with my order in hand, I felt a familiar sense of anticipation. But when I presented my request for the Monday special, the manager was quick to dismiss me, citing vague reasons and enforcing arbitrary restrictions that left me bewildered. It felt disheartening to be met with resistance after consistently supporting the store. The manager's attitude was particularly frustrating, as I could see other customers being served without the same scrutiny. It's disappointing to feel singled out, especially when I have always approached the store with respect and patience. The experience has made me question my loyalty to the store. Instead of enjoying a simple meal deal, I am left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I hope that in the future, the management will reconsider their approach and ensure that all customers are treated fairly and consistently, especially when it comes to promotions that are meant to enhance the shopping experience. After all, a little courtesy and respect can go a long way in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lost me as customer

This is my go-to place when I want bagels and schmear.
It’s normally chaotic but I’m ok with it because I’m used to it but today was particularly chaotic.
First we waited in line for 10 minutes with no one ahead of us for the manager to say: “I’ll be right with you”
They had 6 people behind the counter and only 4 customers.
Our order came out wrong and when I went to the counter and told one of them, she looked confused and only called out one of the people that were doing the orders.
He very nonchalantly apologized and promptly remade our order.

This the farmhouse bagel I got vs how they represent it on photos on ubereats. I wouldve believed that from a fast food chain but how do you misrepresent a $9 bagel and send me this? Dunkin donuts does better for less. I feel robbed

I spent 27$ on two bacon egg and cheese on door dash from this location. Absolutely terrible. So dry I could barely eat it. I thought I would try it since it's not far from me. Never again.
