I have previously given this location scathing reviews because of poor everything. Today I tried them again, and although I was unable to order in the app because I wanted to customize my item, I don’t think that’s this location‘s fault. The cashier today helped me with my order Was intelligent pleasant efficient on point and even showed me a thing or two about the app. The food was prepared quickly and it was perfect. I love when this happens. Thanks to the management for making the necessary changes to allow this to happen. I hope this continues so I can go back more often.

This location needs a good Manager. Too many people working inside. But counter dirty and doesn’t have straws,Napkins by the sugar area. One cashier girl,taking orders,Making coffee,and cleans everything. And 5 people just making the bagels. No complaints. But trying to help.

I ate here a Farmhouse sandwich bagel 2months ago and I got a severe case of diarrhea. Today I went back because I forgot I got sick the last time and again I got a severe case of diarrhea. I don’t know what’s happening with the food here but it seems like the meat or eggs have some type of bacteria that is causing me to get sick.
