Einstein Bros. Bagels in Eagle offers fresh, chewy bagels with a variety of flavors and spreads. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, making it a great spot for breakfast or lunch. Their coffee pairs well, but seating can be limited during peak hours. Highly recommend!

I have previously given this location scathing reviews because of poor everything. Today I tried them again, and although I was unable to order in the app because I wanted to customize my item, I don’t think that’s this location‘s fault. The cashier today helped me with my order Was intelligent pleasant efficient on point and even showed me a thing or two about the app. The food was prepared quickly and it was perfect. Romelia, the manager is amazing. Always willing to please the customer. The variety of items is unbelievable. Never had a problem. We come here everyday and will continue to do so. Awesome staff.
