End Zone Restaurant & Grill

Our air BNB is close so we went because they are advertised open 24hr..... And their green open sign was flashing. But they were clearly CLOSED!

I called end zone at 8am place my order 3 boiled fish and grits with the young lady who answered the the phone told it will be 45 min I gave extra 15min. When I arrived they gave my order to some one with the same name I was told I had to wait 15 min that 15 min turn into 45 min. I paid $72 dollar for some soupy grits when I called the young lady told she will let them know problem solving is very poorly communication skills terrible

I’ve been calling all morning to place an order to pick up and it was busy the whole time, after I got tired of trying I drove there and the cashiers attitude are awful! They act like they don’t care about the customers at all! Meanwhile I’m still sitting here waiting on my two orders that cost me 37.00 while I’m writing this review! Will I come back? Probably not!!!!!!! SMMFH!!!!

I'm giving this restaurant one star because the customer service was not great the young lady was okay but she seemed very inexperienced. I ordered just wings and a drink I was charged for wings fries and a drink she said she couldn't change it. Also the wait time we were told 15 minutes but in fact it took well over 45 minutes. The food that was given the meat was raw still bloody and they did not have the proper cups. Nobody was apologetic , nobody was trying to give the best service It was like he take it or leave it , no refund. There was no quality to customer service. No sorry for the inconvenience you know next time you come here's a percentage off nothing. I personally don't recommend but you can try for yourself. Not to mention they didn't have any sides available except fries

I love this place it’s one of the best traditional soul food restaurants still standing and they have never disappointed my taste buds.. The fish and grits they serve on the weekends is a must try! They got soul!

i use to always come on fridays and saturdays when i get off work but then i coudlnt since their time changed. but then i finally went on my day off and i can say i never will go back, their food was so bad tasted so nasty especially their rice and the mac n cheese tasted old. Then was told they had a new cook "some guy" PLSSSSSSS bring back the lady who had the food bussin so good or maybe a new cook! until then wont see me back there :( "Magic soul in pembroke pine ill go"

Many low ratings here are very accurate. The comments are right on point. The service is really bad. Pandemic is no excuse. Overpriced. I was told there was no grits and saw it was serve to another customer. The workers was eating in front of the customer. After receiving the food, NOT IMPRESS!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. BETTER PLACES ELSEWHERE!!!!

Food is amazing but the waitresses are very busy and won't have time to give you good customer service, make sure you bring your patience with you

Heard good things about the food. Not impressed. The chicken was good. The ribs were chewy and hard on the outside not possible to eat. They didn't have most of the sides. The menu is confusing regarding the sides accompanying the dish. So sorry

I had been craving boiled fish and grits so I decided to stop here this past Saturday! I walked in and no one was at the counter so I used that time to check out the menu because I had never been there before! After about 5mins the cashier came from the restroom and gave me an irritated look but I didn't let it bother me! I placed my order and sat down to wait for over 30mins for my food! While waiting I looked around the restaurant at the tables that had dirty dishes sitting on the table for way too long after the patrons left and it was slow! The cashier finally called me up asking if I wanted toast because the Johnnycake's were not ready! If she knew they weren't ready she should have given me the heads-up before handing me my meal that was supposed to include the bread! Anyway, I got home and discovered the lid wasn't closed well to the metal container they gave me so fish juice was all in the bag! Let's talk about the taste, it was sooo salty! I spent $22 for something I couldn't eat because I have hypertension! I will not return here again!

Boiled fish and grits is always tasty here.

I took my order to go, one of the female staff can be more friendly and attentive. I had to get her attention so that I can start my order after standing at the counter for about 10 mins other than that the food is great

I just ordered for the first time MY GOD THE FOOD IS SO GOOD I had the TWO Salmon Croquet breakfast with scramble eggs grits toast Jesus that food remind me of island cooking not salty just right don't get me wrong I'm a picky eater food just right 10 stars all across the board
