Just got home with our pizza not too long ago, we ended up waiting a whole hr even though I called it in, the girl I spoke to said it would take 20 min, we got there in 30 min only to be told the pizza is still not ready, waited 30 min more and had to call them to see why it still wasn't ready, because my husband was the one that went inside to get it, then she said it is ready only when I called. When we got home the pizza was cold . I have a feeling it was ready the entire time, we don't feel like driving back. But they could of at least reheated it before giving it to us. Normally we have no problems and the food is good quality, but today it was very disappointing.

So this is my favorite pizza places, it's as close to New York as I can find. So when I went in today and saw they had Sicilian pizza I was thrilled. But since not everyone eats that, it looked dried out so I ask if they could put alittle sauce on it for me. Well they came back and informed me that sauce would cost extra. So a teaspoon of sauce on some dried out pizza is extra? The next time you hire sixteen year olds, please teach them what is the right thing when serving customer. I say this as a previous owner of an Italian restaurant. You need to do better, how much is a teaspoon of sauce?

I recently ordered a salad at Giant Pizza very bad experience the manager Tony or Tommy basically told me I was lying when I showed him a picture of the salad we had picked up .they usually make the best salads in town I had told him before .he told me that I should have called I said we did and she said she was sorry she didn't tell me I should bring it back the same night. I'm a caregiver for my husband so it takes a half an hour to get there and I couldn't do it so I went today and this is the treatment I got they have very poor service very poor management and I'm really sorry that we can't order from there anymore . I have never seen a restaurant call a customer a liar and deny that the product was not theirs . He walked away from me and said he didn't have time for this.
