I recently visited GoBistro for dinner in Hollywood, Florida, and was underwhelmed by their Tonkatsu Ramen. While the atmosphere was interesting with the art on the wall, the ramen itself did not meet my expectations. Toppings like corn and mushrooms were an extra charge, which felt excessive. The broth lacked the richness I typically look for in a good Tonkatsu Ramen. Given the hype surrounding this place, I was disappointed and don’t expect to go back. There are better ramen spots in the area that offer more satisfying experiences. Staff were nice.

This place is super cozy, and the atmosphere is amazing. My server was very sweet and attentive. Excellent service. I wish I remembered her name. When I went, the place was empty so it was even better lol my only small critique is that the tonkotsu broth could have been way more flavorful, as well as the pork. It was just missing something, like it needed more seasoning. But it was decent! I would probably come again.
Note: the parking is limited here and you do have to pay a meter. It was $1.50 an hour when we went.

I was a very frequent customer and I recommended it to all my friends, especially for the ramen and Rock and Roll sushi, but this weekend in February 2025 I went and the food was TERRIBLE AND THE ATTENTION THE SAME... I asked the waitress if they had changed chefs and her answer was NO. So I don't know what happened. It's a shame because we don't plan to return, the Ramen was cold and full of oil and the sushi without any sauce, just the soy that is already on the table by default. And the saddest thing was that I brought sushi to my husband and he thought the same, PUBLIX's sushi would have been much better... And by the way, they had only been full for 3 months so they were not full enough to serve terrible food.

The ramen was great I just wish they had more Gluten Free options. The Gluten free options are very slim to none. I asked beforehand about their options which they said they had kale noodles but it turned out that the Kale Noodles weren’t GF at all. So I just had broth. But at least that was decent.

The service was horrible. We were the biggest table and the waitress wasn’t attentive. She has over 8 tables, not staffed properly. On top of that she’s talking to the line cook.
The food was so salty. I’m Asian, this is not our food yo. I couldn’t even take more than a few bites of it. Disappointing.

Expected more with such great reviews. Food was ok but not amazing (all the toppings were refrigerator cold and the bamboo shoots had a weird acidic taste to it), service was indifferent and the kicker is they bring you the check and the payment machine at the same time where the machine asks for a tip so you don't realize they've already included an 18% tip on your bill. OK, they put a stamp on the bill that says tip is included, so my fault for not carefully reviewing the bill and the hard to read stamp before tapping my card on the machine and following the prompts, but shame on you for not saying something to the customers and also programming the payment machine to ask for more tip.

we waited for almost an hour for the tenderloin and they had the audacity to charge us 18% service charge!!!!
The food was great, and the atmosphere was nice but Johanna was our server and our food did not get to us until an hour of being there. People seated after us were eating before us and the unfortunate things is that this was also on Valentine’s Day so my partner and I were very unhappy with her lack of attention/service. The managers removed a few items off our receipt since we had waited so long but left gratuity which I did not feel was fair for us to pay. Would love to go again, but definitely do not want her as our server.

The wait was very long, our soups came frozen. We are ramen lovers and went to this place for their great reviews. Unfortunately we all wanted to throw up. Not good at all, and the waiter didn't compensate anything. We took 2 sips and left the table. 🤮
