This is a hidden gem in Hollywood. Service, food, small but adequate with outside seating. The food is simply amazing. We had the fried chicken bao buns, California roll, and Shoyu pork ramen. This has become a staple dinner spot for us in south Florida when we are in town.

We stopped into Go Bistro in Downtown Hollywood for a light dinner before the 3rd Saturday ArtWalk and it reminded us why this place has such a loyal following. We ordered the avocado fries, the negimaki from the yakitori menu, and checked out their new mural inside. Everything hit.
The avocado fries were crispy on the outside, warm and creamy inside, and the dipping sauce set them off. The negimaki had great flavor and just the right amount of char. Even though we kept it light this visit, Go Bistro’s ramen is still the star here. It’s consistently some of the best in Broward County, with deep, rich broths and toppings that feel thoughtful instead of overdone.
The vibe is laid-back, service is friendly, and the menu has a mix of comfort favorites and unique options you don’t see in most local spots. The new mural adds a fun touch to the block too.
Great spot for dinner before exploring Downtown Hollywood, or for anyone looking for standout ramen and solid small plates. Always a good call.

I'm officially a superfan! Everything was good today. The food was incredibly fresh and tasty, and I have to give a huge shout out to Chris and Angel, their service was attentive, helpful, and super kind. Plus, the whole vibe was spot on cozy setting with great music playing. It’s also PETFRIENDLY 🐶 10/10 experience!

Gobistro Is the usual when I come to Florida. I have timeshare in Hollywood Beach So we are there every November. I love their salmon sushi rolls always fresh their Ramen is good but l've had better here in Chicago but what sets it off for me is there pork belly skewers they are to die for! I've always had great service when l've come here so that's a plus. 100% recommend!
