Do not order pick up or delivery. Drivers had to wait for food to be ready 3 times because they "did not get the order". Maybe dine in is better. I called in an order for pickup after the 4th time and again "they did not get the order". Had to re-order and wait. On a bright note, the waitress on meth was actually pretty nice

I don’t have time to do it. restaurant is full”. In reality, He never actually cancelled the order (we were charged fully) and he never notified the driver. He just lied. I had to spend 10 mins on the phone convincing him to prepare the food we paid for!HBK was my favourite Burger place in Florida but in the recent year the customer service is just embarrassing.HBK owner, if you’re reading this (I doubt you do) please be aware that no good lamburger or pulled brisket can compensate for terrible staff that runs your business like a scam.Time for some much needed damage control.Until then, myself, my friends and my family are not coming back.

Mediocre food not worth the price. Advertised a beer selection on the menu, but didn't have any available at all. All entrees we around $18 for lunch, kids were $12. Got the bill, and 18% gratuity was already added no matter what size party. We ended up spending about $100 for 4 burgers, some fries, and 3 cans of soda. Might as well do fast food.

Parking was a bit tight, but I did find a place right away. Their service was very quick and efficient. The food was pretty good, I have gotten burgers from here a couple of times.

Went for lunch. We were first customers of the day. Ordered a $22 "smokehouse sandwich" on a whole wheat tortilla wrap. The sandwich comes with pastrami and turkey as shown on the menu. 45+ minutes later it arrived on a sub (vs a wrap). It was skimpy and only had a couple pieces of pastrami. Zero turkey. The owner was standing right there when I very politely asked the waitress about this. At first he said that there was turkey but after a closer look he saw there was none and took the plate back. The plate arrived back, this time in a white tortilla wrap, still with the same skimpy pastrami and no turkey. I pointed it out to the waitress, asked if the waitress can ask the owner to come from the kitchen area. He eventually came to the customer area but completely ignored us and tended to other matters on his computer.

I went there on a Friday restaurant was completely empty middle of the day.The owner was rude and disrespectful last time I was there but I gave them one more chance big mistake.Food took 40 min to come and the place was ran by kids.His employees all quit including his cook so the food tastes different now.DON'T RECOMMEND.Owner is rude and I believe the other review's saying he doesn't pay his employees.With no customers and him still being open it looks like he's money laundering.Wouldn't be surprised he looks like a bad person.

Ran by kids, one shouldn’t be surprised not to be warned that “fast food” will take 45 minutes to an hour to be served. The chicken was clearly defrosted and the pastrami was rubbery and barely eatable. None of the televisions were working and supposedly the music system wasn’t either. If only we were told food will take such a long time we would’ve spared our toddler the agony of waiting in hunger. The steak fries were pretty good. Perhaps if the wait staff was at all professional and decent tunes were playing there could be nice ambience.

Two buddies and myself wanted some steaks and went to hbk burger at 7 pm on 5/18/22. There was only 3 other small tables seated and two waitresses. We had to wave our waitress over for every aspect of this horrible meal experience. She never asked us for drinks, we had to ask her to get us drinks. She then walked away and was on the other side of the tiny place and never came back to take our orders until we waived her back. The prices were very high due burgers and steaks. The ribeye was $70 each and the burger was $22. The steaks were ordered med-rare as a good steak should. When the food came there was zero seasoning on either steak and it was like steak sashini. The steaks were 1.5"thick and appears to have been cooked for about 10 seconds per side and served. The steaks were raw, un-seasoned, no condiments on the table, had to ask for salt, ketchup, drinks, the check and there was no option to tip or not. It was built into the check. Worst steak i have every had and the service sucked! Don't go to this crappy place unless you like horrible service and food at extremely high prices!

We ate at this super cute place last night and let me tell you every appetizer that we had was so amazing we ordered doubles. Unfortunately when they brought us our main course everything was cold and burnt. I ordered a rib for $60 and it was full of fat and disgusting.. The server was a super cute French guy that was lacking a lot we had to keep asking for napkins and silverware they didn’t even bring us water to our table and then when we try to order our wine they didn’t have anything that was on their menu we could only buy the $80 bottle of wine that was left. I couldn’t believe we spent $600 at a burger joint and had terrible service. I do think this place has a lot of potential but they just need to work on it

We waited 40 minutes for BBQ wings. We also got 2 burgers that were mediocre at best. We got the Mexican and the "better" both were tasteless as were the sides that came along.Wings, 2 burgers and 2 cans of soda came out to $90.00. It's overpriced for bad food that took too long to to make

Honestly one of the best experiences I can remember at a restaurant. Covered all the bases perfectly- food was delicious, service was quick and friendly, check was reasonable, and great ambience. We were seated quickly, order was taken promptly, staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, and we did not have to wait for our food.All in all, just a fantastic experience.
