Terrible customer service no one greets or speaks to you, you have to speak first i first went in my pizzas said 15 min then they added 5 went back they told me few more minutes again. And no one is at the front majority of the time

Yes, you say you FINALLY issued a refund (we will see if it ever hits my bank) but I find it funny how it took 7 days and 5 phone calls to issue it, but less than 24 hours to respond to a 1 star Google review.. Had an issue but when I called there was only 1 young lady working alone. No manger in the building. How unprofessional to make someone work alone and have no manager to deal with things like refunds. Been 5 days and nothing. Everytime I call there is no manager in the building. Corporate won't help because it's a franchise

the customer services was awful I kept being put on hold then when I asked for info for management I was told that they were new employees that they didn’t know anybody name or phone number I was hung up on and I ends up canceling my order because of disrespect and poor customer services will not be ordering from this again . I’m calling head quarters
