Great service. I visited this location on 16/1/24 and the woman who took my order was extremely friendly and helped me with selecting a peanut butter smoothie and making it dairy free and it was a danged good oat-milk smoothie too which gave it the kind of feeling that words cannot describe.

I have come here before multiple types and the experience has been very different this time , the girl that was taking the orders wasn't very friendly. I got a dragon fruit bowl and it was completely water down no consistency at all . A little bummed out since I have gone to other locations and the bowls are so much better somewhere else . And when I showed her the yelp check in promo she just didn't understand it and might as well not even bother since it seems like she was having a hard time through out the whole order .

How oft shall thou dispatch a rock-hard pretzel unto me? Why dost thy company neglect the answering of thy phone? I besought a smoothie and a pretzel, yet the pretzels arriveth unyielding as stone. Henceforth, I refrain from ordering from thy establishment for a season, only to venture once more, and lo! The outcome remains unchanged--poor quality endures, and no soul attends to my call!

Employees at flamingo rd always refuse to sell squeeze orange juice. Always they say the machine is broken since last year . I’m very disappointed about it.

How many times are you gonna send a rockhard pretzel? Why do you guys not answer your phone? I ordered a smoothie and a pretzel the pretzels rockhard so then I don't order from you guys for a while then I order again and it's the same thing over and over again poor quality and no one answers the phone!

Adrienne & abriell MADE MY DAY. We came in last 10 minutes before close and the service was still fast, professional,!and fabulous. They even walked me through the options for the best choices. Amazing workers.
This place has really good smoothies... my favorite one is the mango. I haven't tried their açaí bowl yet but will do another time.

August 20th, 2022. Placed an online order at 8:30pm. Went to pick it up and I was told when I arrived "it was being made". Five in-store customers place orders and three of them left with their orders while I was still waiting for my online order. When I approached the only two girls working at the place that night, I was told - "the order never came through" ...i said to her -why didn't you tell me so while I waited here for 20 minutes...I showed her the electronic receipt, it said: "We got your order". They finally prepared the pretzels and the smoothies were made 10 minutes later. They packed smoothies together with the hot pretzels in a plastic bag. Needless to say the pretzels got cold and soggy. On my way home, I noticed one smoothie was missing. I called and they said it was only three, I ordered. Again, I showed her the receipt and sure enough, it was FOUR! (I know what I had ordered). This is not the first time I have issues when I order at this location. They offer terrible customer and lack of control when preparing orders. I'm not going through this experience again. I'm done with JAMBA JUICE and their undesirable customer service.

Unpopular opinion, but peanut butter makes some of the best smoothies and I live by that. Jamba juice has one of my favorite renditions of peanut butter smoothie, the pb + protein, which they let you further customize with whey vs soy protein for the smoothie. The few times i deviate from my regular obsession, I haven't been disappointed by their other fruitier options. They also have acai bowls and some juices to pick from as well. I have tried some of their food as well, which is nothing fantastic, but it is a smoothie place after all. Staff is nice and the spot has a nice vibe to it. I use the rewards app frequently as this is my go-to for smoothies for now
