Extremely rude especially the girl manager during mid-day! Gave me an ice cold sandwich all I wanted was for them to toast it I didn’t mind if they toasted everything just so I can enjoy my sandwich but they denied to toast or make me a new sandwich , she started making my sandwich before I even confirmed what I wanted! Horrible service

October 22nd 215 pm an order was placed as a walk in. Whoever the lady is there taking orders needs to be trained on customer service. Shes very dismissive amd impatient, not friendly, or helpful when it comes to any extras you may want on the sandwich..Overall I won't return just because of people like this...

Was craving a good cold cut sandwich, the JJ gargantuan always hits the spot. So we went to Jimmy John's on Hollywood Blvd. Ordered the gargantuan combo, $16.xx (not sure never was given a receipt). On Sunday there was no AC, no ice and the meat wasn't cold.

My go to for a sub especially when I’m on the go.

I had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Angie, at the location on 4322 Hollywood Blvd, Ste 100, Hollywood, Florida. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. I placed an order through the app and selected the cash payment option. Shortly after, I received a call insisting that I pay by card instead. I explained that I had chosen cash as my payment method on the app, but was told the order couldn’t be delivered without being paid by a card. Angie stated it’s not her fault I canceled my order because I can’t pay by card. For number one, that’s beyond rude of her to even say & two if cash is not accepted, that should be clearly stated on the app or website to avoid misleading customers. This was a frustrating and unnecessary experience caused entirely by POOR management and lack of proper communication from the store—not the customer. Never returning again to this location

They overcharged. Delivery looks to long and customer service really bad.

It was a delivery. However, the bread was fresh, and the meat was good quality. The sandwiches do justify the prices.

Used to Love this place but the customer service here is just not there anymore this past few months , The manager Mike was my favorite worker always had great energy & never was a problem making our catering orders can't say the same about this night crew they were LOST told me we couldn't order any catering orders after 5 which is ridiculous to me because it was never a problem in the past , seems like everything's going down hill now rather Jersey mikes up the road now.

I love their Italian nightclub sub. But I do wish they would let you put your own choices on your sub. They have a set menu wich you have to use and that's it. There are many items a general sub shop would have that they don't offer. Example (olives). Service is always great and it's very clean.

My first time ordering Jimmy Johns and i can say was impressed!! Mark and lei were very friendly, charismatic ,accomidating and knowledgeable of the menu. My family and I were unsure of what we wanted to order and they happily helped us. 10/10 customer service. Plus they made our sandwiches super fast. I would highly recommend!!!!

I've been to many jimmy johns and often times get the same thing which is the little john with tuna. This establishment put such a tiny bit of tuna. It was mostly bread. Ive never had that happen. I won't be back.

This place is too expensive. They have the wrap combos for $10.59 and they charge you $14.29 not only is too expensive but if you get a Cookie you get an up charge of .90 ridiculous. What’s the purpose of the combos everything should already be including specially when they charging more for a combo when they should charge what it says $10.59 on the menu.
