Service gone down through the years. Delivery driver is as rude as ever and the person handling the phone is just as bad.

I've been to many jimmy johns and often times get the same thing which is the little john with tuna. This establishment put such a tiny bit of tuna. It was mostly bread. Ive never had that happen. I won't be back.

This place is too expensive. They have the wrap combos for $10.59 and they charge you $14.29 not only is too expensive but if you get a Cookie you get an up charge of .90 ridiculous. What’s the purpose of the combos everything should already be including specially when they charging more for a combo when they should charge what it says $10.59 on the menu.

I walk in and spoke with the cashier hello how are you today? In return his response was not good I ask him why then he said to me people keep coming into the store my reply was you have very bad customer service you should never act that way with your customers and on top of that they ranned out of bread.

The white dude and big black dude are rude, I said goodnight on my way out and they both blatantly ignored me after I was looking for a trash can that had a bag in it, maybe I should've just thrown my trash in the garbage without the liner.. they didn't know how to ring my order with a coupon and I wish I could take my tip back.

I ordered the $10 advertised special--tuna. The sandwich was delicious. The advertised special included chips, drinks and a cookie. Young girl at the counter handled my cash, did not wash her hands, put a pair of thin gloves on and started preparing my sandwich.I started to cancel my order but decided I would not patronage this establishment again. Also I had to return because same young lady did not offer me the chips which were a part of the advertised meal.

When you google map the location there are open until 10pm but when you go in to eat the doors are locked. it’s 9:15pm and the employees behind the cash register say there close

I ordered a sandwich with Hot Peppers, i reminded the person 2 times so they would not make a mistake. Sandwich was prepared incorrectly when i noticed upon arriving home. Store offered for me to drive back to the store to “pick up hot peppers” in lieu of a replacement. Careful when ordering from here, they are not trained to take orders properly and if a mistake is made, they do not back up the product they sell.

Very young immature condescending cashier trying to prove a point. He wants to argue instead of listening to what you want. Hopefully the manager is in there next time. Bad service!!

One day I went to go get jimmy John’s and come back home. I was eating jimmy John’s and I heard a scratch at my door, it was my lost dog that was missing for 1 month. I was so happy thinking it was a coincidence. So I went to work and it was lunch break, I was eating my left over jimmy John’s and my boss came up to me. He gave me a huge raise and I was so happy, I got a little suspicious but didn’t really mind it. So I went to a car dealership and I was looking around for a car, the worker gave me jimmy John’s to eat and I took it and ate it, the owner comes up to me and gives me a free Ferrari because the guy who bought it didn’t come back or respond for 1 year. I was like, it’s the jimmy johns. So I went to the casino to test my theory unit and gambled 1/100 odds on a horse, I put it $100 and started eating jimmy johns. I won the horse race and got so much money. I said “it’s the jimmy johns!” So I put in all my money. Live savings, bank account, credit cards, PayPal and gambled it all. So when the horse race started I started to eat jimmy John’s and I lost. I’m now $1,000,000 in debt and need help. I now live at a rehab and sleep under a bride. Great experience 10/10
