Customer service is horrible. Tried to call for delivery had the owner pick up and say "they're in the process of not delivering to my complex anymore" because they "lose out on money" and "drivers want to quit every time they go". Real odd considering I'm paying for my food plus an over 20% tip every time. Turning down paying customers seems like a bad business model to me but hey I will gladly take my business elsewhere as should the rest of you.

En vacances, nous avons été manger ici trois fois et c’est tout simplement délicieux. Que ce soit pour des pâtes, pizza, une soupe, à toutes heures de la journée, c’est toujours excellent. Très bon service les gens sont gentils et courtois. I thought it was pricey but what isn't these days. And they deliver! I had the eggplant parmesan sub and I recommend it. My friend had the meatball sub and said that it was excellent. I intend to try some of their other menu items.
Just recently moved to Hollywood from fort Lauderdale and it has been tough to find a Italian place for the right price. Joes pizza is delicious and the baked ziti is my go to dish they executed it perfectly. I usually eat here at least once a week.
our first time ordering at joe's and it was a disappointment !!! we called to place a pick up order just a small pasta and medium pizza we were told it will be a 45min wait . ok no problem..we get to joes , we give them my name for the order and they only tried to charge me for the pasta so i said i had a pizza as well cashier says hold on and comes back to tell me that its not in the oven if i still wanted it, it would be another extra 25mins .because they forgot about it. needless to say we wont be trying their pizza. we ended up going to our regular place to order the medium pizza . what a waste of time
