This place is never open, I’ve gone there twice and they weren’t open. I even called the previous and they said it was open today and it wasn’t. Waste of a drive.
Saw this on TikTok and had my hope up. Walking into the ice shop was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The floors were disgusting and all the toys everywhere. Nothing like anything I seen on TikTok. Paid 30 dollars for something I could have made from home for 5 dollars. The mini pancakes and waffles didn’t have any flavors besides plain. off brand candy’s and the man that was working tonight wasn’t wearing gloves and he was very rude. I don’t recommend spending your money here!
The ice cream was good, but they could use more flavors and toppings.
Wouldn’t let us come in at 10:30 PM
If I could give zero stars I would. Showed up at opening to a locked door and no one even in the shop. Completely locked up. Glad I drove 30 minutes for nothing. Asked around seems like that’s typical for them to pick and choose when they want to be open. Nothing on social media to show that they wouldn’t be opened today either.
I took my children here one night, they really enjoyed the different flavors. The young lady serving us was kind and polite. We will definitely be coming back.
If you’re looking to go here because of Instagram and Tik Tok… don’t. This place was terrible, dirty, and overpriced. So horrible!!
Lazy workers always say something of stock or broken
Ice cream was good. But, the atmosphere was not great, there’s a weird smell all over the place; and the cleanliness is not good. The decoration is cute but needs maintenance.
Got tricked by the old videos on TikTok and gave it a shot. Spent $45 on two milkshakes and one order of plain fried oreos…the milkshakes both came in tiny plastic cups and we were not offered any toppings or told what any of the toppings even were. The fried oreos that I asked be plain were DOUSED in liquid sugar, whipped cream, and powered sugar. I mean they were literally so soggy it defeated the point of a good fried oreo. Waited 35 minutes for those three items as there was a single worker on a Friday night. Although there was only one other party in there it still somehow took that long. The fried oreos left a horrible taste in my mouth and I could get a better milkshake at a fast food restaurant for much cheaper. It was SO DIRTY inside as we were waiting for our desserts I couldn’t help but look around at the broken decor. All the tables except one completely fall over when you put any weight on them and the bar counter top is not even bolted to the wall. Very unsafe and just overall dirty place.

0 out of 0 I do not recommend they have 1 person in there working who don't know how to make what's on the menu !! My first time coming and I'm very disappointed
Do not be fooled by the IG and Tim-Toks! This place is an absolute dump (the floors and walls have black marks on them like it hasn’t been buffed in years). Incompetent staff, after giving the worker cash she still tried to charge me for the full item on my cards!
The first red flag was the menu: I have never been to SoFlo ice cream shop that didn’t have any signature items or real suggestion for milkshakes or ice cream creations when charging 14.50 a piece. Saying you can customize and time when none of the custom things are visible for the customer not even a few pictures of what you can get for the price is INSANE! The owner must expect everyone to be mind readers.
A quick drive up the street would have taken me to a real ice cream shop with custom cups, and things added (cookies, sprinkles, and designs that make you feel okay with the price) that make sense for the price.
6$ for an ice cream that was size of a nickel for my kid (the kid was still more after it was done) MOST of the shops in the area give you way more ice cream for that price, the milkshakes were 14.50$ and came with no sprinkles or anything special, in a small plastic cup, and tasted bland. Blending up some milk and ice cream and putting it in this plastic cup that you could get from home for this price is INSANE.
This places leaves dried out shaved ice in the freezer, the customers can’t get the flavors that are dried out yet they still there ? It makes me question how clean the place really is.
Something not being able to be consumed by customers should be removed (the health department needs to look into this).
This business is nothing more than a front or quick money grab from the owner. They don’t even have the proper supplies to run the store (no powdered sugar, out of most of the items that are shown online, and very much unorganized).
First time visiting this ice cream parlor. Do not recommend. The only flavors available in water ice Pineapple and strawberry. The other water ice flavors dried out. When it comes to the other items pick your poison. Large size is small size $14.50 butter pecan milkshake. Kid ice cream in try me cup for $6.50. The total for (2) milkshakes and (2) kid size ice cream cups $46.00. Tell you the truth do you know how much ice cream I could e bought from the supermarket for $46. They did not have any powered sugar for the funnel cakes. Don’t let Instagram fool you with the images. IG you got me again. Jolly Ice you need to step your game up or just close shop. The math ain’t mathin! Not worth the prices.
Just stopped in with my wife and found this in my food. Ice cream taste stale. Fried Oreos were overcooked. Terrible experience.

My experience was lackluster. This place has so much potential but looks like a dump. It’s the pits. The place is cute but looks run down. It smells like grease/oil. It really could use a deep cleaning. It was so dusty, overall dirty. I got fried Oreos with vanilla Ice cream. Both were mid. None of the ice cream was labeled and we couldn’t sample it. The customer service was non-existent. Overall I wouldn’t recommend.
