Jolly Ice Parlor

Just stopped in with my wife and found this in my food. Ice cream taste stale. Fried Oreos were overcooked. Terrible experience.

My experience was lackluster. This place has so much potential but looks like a dump. It’s the pits. The place is cute but looks run down. It smells like grease/oil. It really could use a deep cleaning. It was so dusty, overall dirty. I got fried Oreos with vanilla Ice cream. Both were mid. None of the ice cream was labeled and we couldn’t sample it. The customer service was non-existent. Overall I wouldn’t recommend.

I invited my friends to eat some ice cream here because it’s close to my house and we were deeply disappointed. We couldn’t even finish our ice cream inside because the smell of old oil was so strong and off-putting. Also, the ice cream tasted old and not great at all. The sorbets seemed to have mold on it and they did not look appetizing. Finally, the chairs we sat in for a little while turned out to have some oil on it and it stained my friends pants. Needless to say, I will not be coming here again.

Went last night, arrived at 9:10pm (they close at 10), my honey wanted the funnel cake, I wanted the waffles, the lady said they close in 10/15 min so everything is shut down (but there ice cream itself). I said you’re not open until 10 like your website says? She said, “the owner said if it’s not busy they can shut down early.”
Very disappointing, needless to say we left without anything.
Don’t say you’re open until 10 If you’re closing just after 9.
The custard place down the street got our business instead and was the best custard we’ve ever had!

We went here after seeing it on TikTok but don’t let the cute decorations fool you. It’s definitely over hyped. The staff was not friendly, no working bathrooms, and not kid friendly with the inappropriate music playing.

Such a cute place when you look it up but when you arrive you will be disappointed. Not very kid friendly, playing inappropriate music, I had to ask the employee to turn it off while we ate our ice cream. The fried Oreos and ice cream were very good. There is no place to wash your hands afterwards. The place could use a good cleaning. Service could have been better.

I took my daughter to jolly ice parlor today after seeing it on instagram. Very colorful environmental, my daughter loved it. I ordered the mini waffles for me and and fried oreos for my daughter. Overall experience was delightful

My son and I wanted some ice cream, so we decided to check out Jolly Ice. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.

Upon entering, we were not greeted by anyone. I had some questions about the unique flavors they offered, but the young lady taking our order seemed disengaged and unhelpful. When I asked if I could sample the birthday cake flavor, she curtly said no, mentioning that the owner doesn't allow samples.

The employee's attitude was poor, and she muttered under her breath when we asked questions. It felt like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. Additionally, the tables and chairs were already up, making it look like they were closing, even though it was only 10:15 PM.

Feeling unwelcome and frustrated by the lack of customer service, I decided not to buy anything. I would not recommend this ice cream shop due to the poor customer service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The atmosphere was a disgrace & its Very pricey for very small portions!!! There was only one employee and she was not friendly at all. No customer service what so ever. I ordered 8 mini waffles with a small scoop of ice cream for $15 the waffles tasted decent but the ice cream isn’t nothing to hype. The table we sat at was very loose & wobbly. My daughter needed to use the rest room and there was no tissue to wipe and no paper towels to dry her hands after she washed them. For a first time experience this is not a good look!!!!

I hated this place, they made me pay 14 dollars for two tiny ice cream scoops on a mini waffle. The bathrooms were out of order and the place was messy. Don't recommend unless you want to waste money on an old and dry ice cream.

This place is a rip off, I paid $14 for two miniscule scoops of ice cream on top of a tiny waffle. The place was dirty, decorations were old and broken, trash bags inside the store. Ice creams were dry and old. Bathroom was out of order. The employee was nice, that is the only good thing about this place. I wouldn't come back or recommend this place to no one.

This place was honestly not worth the hype when we got there the employee was on her phone FaceTiming her friends and didn’t attend us until like 15 minutes after she was done she decided to take our order and tell us that the oil gets turned off 30 min prior to closing but she was still making funnel cakes. Highly do not recommend did not get to try the Oreos but the atmosphere was not good at all.
