Terrible place. The shop is dirty and depressing, and the staff act like they don’t even want to be there. Zero customer service, zero effort. The whole experience was miserable! Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

I really wanted to like this place, but it was a huge disappointment. The staff was flat-out rude and acted like customers were bothering them just by being there. The floors were sticky and dirty, and the whole shop looked run down, like nobody cares to take care of it.
To make it worse, the ice cream tasted stale, but they’re still charging way too much for it. Honestly, it just didn’t feel worth the money or the experience. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We were influenced by TikTok just to be let down, off the rip there was a terrible scent inside the store. We were not greeted or welcomed by the staff, the lady’s attitude was poor. The menu was not showcased for us to see. The ice cream was overpriced and was not worth it. The place was dirty, decor was old, and there were ants crawling on the floor. The wait time was unbelievably long. The funnel cake was overly crunchy and tasted terrible and was extremely greasy. Overall 0/10 would not recommend.

There is no type of jolly in this shop.
You don’t really feel the love 💞 that should come with the environment. The energy is really low in here wish they were more friendlier. And actually interacted more with the customers. The place is also really dirty, pricing is ridiculous .. idk I wouldn’t come back.

My Name is Nicole I own a non profit tutoring organization and brought some of the kids in with me the other day I would just like to say this place is amazing the service , staff , food 10/10 I also noticed you guys hired a new manager He’s awesome And He knows what he’s doing in all areas and does it well , He was able to talk to us and share experiences with us and other customers as well and explained to us why this is the right place for Customers to come and have a desert/ tasty treat overall Experience 10/10 And Will Definitely Try Again

This place is never open, I’ve gone there twice and they weren’t open. I even called the previous and they said it was open today and it wasn’t. Waste of a drive.

Saw this on TikTok and had my hope up. Walking into the ice shop was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The floors were disgusting and all the toys everywhere. Nothing like anything I seen on TikTok. Paid 30 dollars for something I could have made from home for 5 dollars. The mini pancakes and waffles didn’t have any flavors besides plain. off brand candy’s and the man that was working tonight wasn’t wearing gloves and he was very rude. I don’t recommend spending your money here!

Wouldn’t let us come in at 10:30 PM

If I could give zero stars I would. Showed up at opening to a locked door and no one even in the shop. Completely locked up. Glad I drove 30 minutes for nothing. Asked around seems like that’s typical for them to pick and choose when they want to be open. Nothing on social media to show that they wouldn’t be opened today either.

I took my children here one night, they really enjoyed the different flavors. The young lady serving us was kind and polite. We will definitely be coming back.
