JWB Prime Steak and Seafood

We ordered crab cakes and paella. The crab cakes were charred around the edges, and the paella was quite chewy after sitting under the warming lamp. It seems the banana cream pie recipe has changed—but not for a better result. But the clincher for the evening was when the bill arrived...I ordered Baileys on the rocks—the cost for the Baileys was $12 and the cost for “on the rocks” was $4!!! We have never been charged for ice at ANY restaurant! We eat at JWB every time we stay at Margaritaville, but last night's experience will be our last.

We were treated like royalty and every staff member was attentive, professional and very nice. We loved are waitress Sing. the food was 4 out of 5. We are not fans of à la carte. Doesn't make sense for a couple that want a starch and a veggie for $30 that could feed four. A waist of money and food. There were a few meals that included sides but not for a specific meat cut. Great wine list with pretty good prices especially by the glass. But we would go back!

Steaks with roasted garlic were perfect! What a great taste. Half price Wednesday bottle of wine was great, as was the “Keep the Party Going” free martinis!

Excellent dry-aged strip. Tile fish was very good. Wedge salad was fresh and just as expected. Dessert— the butter cake is absolutely spot-on, one of the best desserts I have had anywhere.

Very good, upscale restaurant, perfect atmosphere. Be aware is very cold there, but we was giving some covers. Meat was very salty.

I enjoyed the experience. Ambience was on point and our waiter was attentive. It was cold and we asked for the air to be adjusted, he brought out shawls for the two of us which was so kind. I will make this my go to restaurant for out of town guests going forward. The steak and fries was delicious, as was the salmon and prime rib. You must go and bring your friends.

The bartender was fantastic. Great service quick service and very attentive. The table service was another story. It was slow. The steaks were overcooked. The appetizers and the sides were cold.

Beautiful and airy restaurant. Food and service was good. Why would I not go back? The music was loud and horrible. Metal rock in a sophisticated restaurant, where the patrons as I looked around were mostly middle age. Who was the staff in charge of the music choices trying to please? I think possibly themselves.

My server was Carlton! I sat at the bar with friends and we ordered drinks and apps! He is the sweetest and we were very well taken care of! We’re in town from Ohio on vacation and he made our time so special!! He’s the absolute best and I recommend this spot anytime!! He’s the best!

Had the 8oz filet cooked medium rare. It was the BEST steak I've ever had. Unbelievably tender. Was even able to cut it with a fork. Definitely worth the money!

Our server Sei was outstanding!!! The restaurant is beautiful and the food was amazing. We had grouper and surf and turf. Lobster was mouth watering-you didn't even need the garlic butter. And the 8 oz filet was tender and cooked correctly. Grouper was also outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant. It is expensive but worth the treat for our last night in town.

Amazing food and service! The waiter was so attentive and we had the most delicious steak. One of the best we've ever had! They even acknowledged the special occasion we were celebrating by bringing out a delectable piece of pistachio cake. Definitely would continue to visit.

This restaurant is the best , all the servers and the front lady they are very friendly , TOMMY is very very helpful and helps a lot , the best server !!!!!!! I will come back soon

Our family was here to celebrate our granddaught' s graduation. Our server went up and above when she heard she had received her PhD from Heiser University. She even made a special dessert for her with Congratulation on the plate. Thank you for memories from the Cappola's
