The coffee is great, the service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is amazing. I often go here with clients or friends from out of town. There's plenty of parking in the back so you don't have to worry about parallel parking in a busy street!

Went for coffee and they gave me boiled water mixed with expresso, apart from that the cup was melted and instead of changing the cup the put it inside another cup and of course the lid didn't close properly and the coffee spilled on my way back to the store. Employee was mad because I complained about he coffee and they didn't even offer me a replacement coffee they just said that is the way they do coffee. No replacement or refund given

This little gem just east of downtown Hollywood was a complete surprise! ☕ The coffee is wonderful. They offer hot/cold coffee, tea, and lite breakfast. If you don't see exactly what you like on the menu, just tell them what you like, and they will make something special for you. The price is comparable to other boutique coffee shops. The music that plays while you sip on your choice of caffeine gives this cozy shop a nice vibe. I'll go back for round 2. #coffee #foodie #Hollywood #KayRico #yum #loveit #musttry #hiddengem #coffeelovers ☕❤️

The guy with the underbite, Tim, was a very dismissive communicator toward me when my order wasn’t what he described it would be. He said that the spicy mayo for the breakfast burrito was made of hot sauce and mayo because I didn’t want ketchup on my BB. But when I got it, it was mayo and ketchup, not hot sauce. When I asked him about this, Instead of saying he didn’t know why the “spicy mayo” had ketchup in it, he asked me “Why do you need to know how our sauces are made?” and got very defensive. He called our conversation absurd and just walked away. Then I asked for regular mayo because after it was remade with the mayo+ketchup on the side it was dry as a bone. He said it would cost 65cents for extra sauce. I said okay. He asked if I had cash, I said no, only card. Without a word he proceeded to ring me up $1.07 for some mayo. I said “I thought it was 65cents”. He said “I can’t charge a card for 65cents”. This was all because he didn’t even know what was in the original sauce that came in the breakfast burrito! So then, I just walked away and as I did, I told him “I’m leaving a review just for you.” and he replied “Great, my name’s Tim!” Sarcastic. He also looked completely blasted at work, or maybe he was just “tired”. He stayed in a funk the whole time I was there. Next time I go for the great coffee they have, I just won’t be dealing with him. He’s a power-tripping OWNER he’s not a Server. He sucks at customer service! Just thought people should know who their dealing with.

A fantastic family-owned cafe in Miami with wonderful service, delicious food, and relaxing environment. Great for getting some work done while enjoying a delicious "Bullet Proof" coffee and one of their very tasty sandwiches (which were great recommendations by their staff, by the way). Will definitely return!

It's a cute spot with a lot of potential but I don't think I'll b back. 16oz strong and sweet capichino for 6.58. Well if you get an extra shot it's 8.58 explain that please. The cashier is new bless her heart but she is heavily confused and lost and makes it obvious. She didn't communicate my order to the pretend batista and I got a size smaller than what I paid for and definitely not sweet or strong. No taste and overpriced. I believe the owner has some things to look at because this isn't ok

Excellent place for breakfast. Definitely off the beaten path but my experience with the pesto chicken sandwich the frappe mocha and the frappe vanilla or both excellent and had a good conversation with the staff.
