I'd give zero stars if I could. Overcharged us, paid extra for all white meat and got nothing but dark meat and no sauces we asked for. Incompetent.

I just had the absolute worst experience with this manager. She literally argued with me the whole time that I’m trying to correct my order. If KFC is looking at this, you must get rid of this manager or else this branch is gonna be closing very soon. After she could not concede that she messed up on our order, I told her to refund our whole order and which she told me. Oh you’re just not gonna eat, but that’s OK. I went across the street to their competitors. Popeyes did not have an issue.

Worst kfc I’ve been to. Customer service is trash black lady with glasses was rushing me and my lady who looked like she just got up from the sitting area and walked around the corner and was being rude and arrogant the whole time. We just left.
The food was terrible, the chicken smelled bad, and the staff were very inattentive.

Terrible Experience – Never Coming Back
We ordered the 16 pcs chicken and were shocked to find that the pieces on the bottom were clearly old and dry, obviously left over from earlier in the day, while the ones on top were fresh. When we complained, it was 9:34 PM, but the staff told us they were “closed” and already cleaning up – even though the sign at the entrance clearly states that closing time on Sundays is 11 PM.
To make it even worse, just moments later, another customer walked in and they served them without any issue, proving that they simply didn’t care to deal with us. This is absolutely unacceptable, dishonest, and unprofessional. If this is how they treat paying customers, cutting corners on food quality and lying about closing hours, I would strongly warn everyone to stay away from this location.
I walked into the kfc I tried ordering my meal I had to wait at least 35 mins for my order and on top of that when I tried to speak to the manager she was out right rude disrespectful and completely unprofessional and i noticed she is very rude and uptight to the employees she would yell threaten and or completely fire employees for no reason I think you guys should reconsider a new manger and or a new establishment

I received my order quickly, which was great. Drive through was a bit confusing and difficult to get to because of the surrounding the streets, so I opted to park. Once inside I felt like some of the people seated weren’t customers but I’m not sure.
