I just ordered from Kings Grill, somewhere my family and I tend to enjoy. Unfortunately my family received poor customer service and assistance. After unwrapping the foil off the container at least half the sauce was NOT in the container. After calling and speaking with a woman on the phone, who was quite CONDESCENDING, she informed us all she could do was have us DRIVE BACK to pick up extra sauce. The food was poorly packaged (4 CONTAINERS STACKED ONTO THE NEXT) in flimsy containers. She attempted to blame us for our “transportation” meanwhile they stack all the FLIMSY containers on themselves. Not only is this UNSANITARY, but the poor customer service is incredibly disappointing. I would appreciate this being properly resolved, not simply offered extra SAUCE.
I should have read the other reviews regarding the rudeness of the hostess. Almost every bad review has one thing in common, the hostess.

I was skeptical when I walked in as the place was empty, but my order was taken right away. I got the zinger burger. It was delicious. And everything is halal. The place was super clean also. Prices are also very fair. This place deserves more customers. I will definitely be back.

Terribly rude service. The woman on the phone was downright rude and snappy for no reason.
My girlfriend and i stopped in. We were a bit skeptical when we saw the American fusion menu but wow this family knows how to cook! I get Indian food all over the place and this is a spot to remember. We ordered the shaved steak salad, palak paneer and had the chicken curry dish - medium spice level. Tremendous flavors in all the dishes and the steak salad was surprisingly excellent! The young lady working the counter was helpful and very pleasant. The older gentlemen was answering calls for orders and it was fun listening to him speak joyfully with his regular customers. You can tell the community loves this family. I can’t wait to go back to try more things. What a great little gem. Highly recommend!

I used to have a good experience here when William used to be at the store. Even his daughter used to make sure service was good. But today we had a disappointing dine in experience there. We ordered food and in which we ordered Biryani. The server brought one spoon and one fork with biryani. I had to ask for the plates. She brought 3 quarter plates ( not even dinner plates )between 5 people and 3 plastic spoons. Then when i got the bill 18% gratuity was already added and no other option was available. Not an overall good experience.
