One star. I was shocked by this café’s attitude toward service animals. They refused to allow my dog inside unless she was wearing a specific “service dog” vest—which is not required under federal law. It seems they’ve created their own rules that override ADA guidelines. Disappointing and discriminatory. I hope they educate their staff and correct this unlawful policy.
