Owners, please lower your prices. Your food is not fine dining. I can come more often to try different things, but not at $30/meal.
Chicken dishes soooo spicy!! It was medium, but not flavorful. The rice was dry, got hard by the time we got home to eat it. I ordered a fish dish to go which was supposed to be snapper, was only shrimp...lol
You can tell it's a small business/mom and pop place, so I try to give business.

Their menu is impressively large, offering a wide variety of dishes that cater to both meat lovers and vegetarians. The portions are generous, and the flavors are rich and well-balanced—clearly prepared with care and authenticity.
The service is friendly and attentive, and while the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality and portion sizes make it worthwhile. One small downside is that their takeaway packaging could use an upgrade—the thin plastic bags don’t hold up well with hot food. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall experience.
If you're looking for a tasty halal food option in the area, Krakatoa is absolutely worth trying. Highly recommended!

Great dinner! We drove 45 minutes just to come try it and was very much worth it. Benjamin did an excellent job explaining each item on the menu with specific details. The fried vegetables from the appetizer are just amazing and the dinner for 2 special it's quite large and you may walk out with leftovers like we did.

The food left us speechless. We had the Rijsttafel, which let us try the chicken, lamb, and beef. All three were superb. Out server Arsenil does not lie and set high expectations for our meal, which were more than met. We left with an overdose of happiness :)
