By the Deteriorated state of the building and grounds and with the foreign flags flying in the balconies, it looks like this building turned into an immigrant shelter and nobody told the community. I was interested in renting here, but after seeing this and other bad reviews. I've made my decision to stay away from this immigrant shelter

Amazing location. Units are decent inside but management is horrible. This place is managed off-site and it shows. The building and grounds are in bad shape and no one seems to care. This place is getting worse weekly. Trash everywhere, dirty hallways, animal waste in hallways, outdate 'gym', & gates constantly broken. Don't expect much from this place or the Assistant property manager.

THE WORST PLACE EVER! MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE IF THEY HAVE ANY…. GYM IS OLD AND DIRTY, GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKE SO ANYBODY CAN COME TO THE COMPLEX ANYTIME, ALL HALLWAYS AND DOORS ARE SOOOO DIRTY, THEY CLEAN THEM MAYBE ONCE A YEAR IF YOU ARE LUCKY, AND TO BE WORST THEY ARE THIEFTS WHEN YOU LEAVE, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE CARPET TO BE REPLACED “UNACCEPTABLE” YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING TO SAVE MONEY LIVING THERE, BELIEVE ME THEY WILL TAKE IT FROM ANOTHER WAY!!!!

When I was living here it was the worst mistake to move to this place the gym is old and broken management seems like he doesn’t care to upgrade the property at all there are people here that never pick up after there dog when they poop and plus it shouldn’t even be dogs here it says it on the lease agreement even though. The kitchen appliances are old and not Energy efficient. It’s Not a good place for kids It’s loud and you can’t sleep at night because of all the clubs and restaurant. I’m happy that I moved out of this place it’s was Terrible,the only good thing in this place and why I’m giving a second star is for the maintenance people and the pest control that they are great.

Food was messed up to times. Service was pretty slow, but once the food was given, it was good. There are definetly better places to eat.
