I decided to take a leisurely stroll from the Marriott to satisfy my craving for Cuban coffee, and boy, was it worth the walk! Although it turned out to be a bit farther than I anticipated, the moment I took my first sip of that rich, aromatic Cuban coffee, any fatigue vanished.The coffee was exceptionally good, with a strong and robust flavor that truly hit the spot. And let's not forget pulled chicken, rice, and black beans were simply amazing, bursting with authentic flavors. Julia the server was so good at explaining and so relatable!!!The temptation to have a second cup of that heavenly coffee was almost too strong to resist! Overall, I'm thrilled to have stumbled upon this gem of a cafe. If you're in the mood for authentic Cuban coffee and delectable food, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Worst location, manager and waitress do the bare minimum. At the beginning I informed them of a food allergy, yet I received a plate full of the ingredient I was allergic to. They said they would make a new one, yet it was ready in 3 minutes and looked the same as the old. When I looked under the fish it still contained the ingredient I am allergic to. When I showed them; she claimed that they made a new one, but used the same dish. Wow that makes sense. Both items they claimed that were redone were exactly the same color, shape, and size. The manager refunded the dish, but then charged me extra for the side. I returned the side to them after I caught this sickening penny pinching decision. They get me sick and barely refund us for the falsified dish they served. Stay away from here if you have allergies. They have no care when they get you sick and they will charge you for it.Dietary restrictions: They did not pay attention to my allergy issues, now I am sick because of them.

We are only in Fort Lauderdale for a few days and tired this restaurant a couple days ago. Everything was incredible. The food was authentic, the service was outstanding.We leave tomorrow so we wanted to try the food again, so we came back for lunch today. Nora and Anna immediately recognized us and welcomed us back.We tried all different food options and everything was incredible.This is our second visit this week and I have nothing but great things to say.Please try this restaurant. ***Everyone needs to go to this restaurant***You will not be disappointed!Every single item we ordered was incredible. My kids even loved everything which is rare.Nora and Anna are super friendly and provided incredible service.We ordered the beef empanadas for an appetizer, and for entrees we ordered the Cuban, Bistec, Picadillo, and the kids for chicken fillet and chicken tenders.For dessert we got the tres leche cake.We are in Fort Lauderdale for three days and we will be coming back to this location for at least one meal each day.So much to try and it’s true authentic Cuban food.Thanks again Nora and Anna!
