We had the worst experience here today, the service was horrible, the food came out cold and no one had customer service or care. Julia was our server today and she alone made me never want to eat here again. She claims she has 24 years of working there but I don’t know if she is aware of where she works. She would go to the corner to talk to her coworkers while we were sitting trying to get her attention. Then at the end of the meal she was sarcastic and rushed us out after never attending to us, Josslyn was at the hostess stand laughing and talking with her instead of attending to her customers. Place was dirty and I can see why, the employees are more interested in talking than working. 0/10 experience I hope you never get Julia as your server and if you do, prepare to have the worst experience ever.

I walked in at ten fifty five and asked if I could sit down.Look at the menu and wait until they're open. the lady told me no, we're closed. Don't go here because who turns away money when it walks in your door.

Ines was the sweetest, I appreciated her recommendations and all her assistance. This is a restaurant we come to regularly and will continue to do so, never had a bad experience here.

Worst customer service ever. You are not acknowledged when you walk in through the doors place a pickup order. One of the waitress did not even acknowledge me waiting. I guess she was not assigned to greet customers aside from the ones that are dining in. A simple hello somebody will be right with you will suffice.

I have to say I don't know how this restaurant has such good reviews I have been going here on and off for 4 months and the food is good. But they get my order wrong often it's very frustrating when you asked for something pay for it and you keep getting it wrong! There is definitely a missing link between the lady in the front that places your order and the people actually putting inside the container! I noticed some of the employees here have an empty stair in their face like they don't understand or listen to you. This is not acceptable. As far as the atmosphere there in my opinion is none, the place doesn't smell nice and the decorations and furniture is outdated.

On a whim we chose this place to eat. It was 10. Pm and hr from closing and we ordered the El Trio. Words don’t do it justice, the pork was seasoned well and juicy, the chicken was some of the best I’ve tasted and the steak was cooked perfectly to our liking. The sautéed onions set the meal. Also the strawberry mojito was quite delicious.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant on Sunday. The food was delicious, but the highlight was definitely the service. A huge thank you to Marcos for taking such great care of my family and me!
