Hello everyone, LIKS is PERMANENTLY CLOSED as of mid December 2025. The new owner has yet to hang their signage and the Liks name remains at the 2470 Sheridan location. We thank all of our loyal customers who have supported and enjoyed our take on a taste from the islands. Due to medical reasons, we have had to make the difficult but necessary decision to shutter our doors.The Edwards’ family has loved serving south Florida and visitors from near and far. It’s so hot in there I see why the food isn’t fresh. They need to do better. I bought Mac and cheese and it tasted stale. I think they use the food from the day prior because it looks over cooked and reheated and the quality is low. Step it up please because for what you are charging it’s not worth it I’m better off going to golden crust.

Don’t waste your money, Oxtail was really tough and absolutely flavorless, taste like they had only cooked for 30 min, no gravy no flavor, no seasoning. I was extremely disappointed. That was a very expensive lesson but lesson learned, never get food from there again.

Food is absolutely phenomenal! My buddy Tim has been raving about this place for a while now and we 3 had an opportunity to go one afternoon. The meals were farily priced and we got a heavy tray filled to the brim! Nice and cozy inside but we took ours to go. We will definitely be back!!

Curry goat was extremely salty. You could see the seasoning in the thickness of the gravy. $25 for small ox tail that have fat on it is a joke. The oxtail taste much better than goat.

I wasted my money. The jerk pork was extremely salty and overcooked. The plantain was dried. I was craving jerk pork so bad. This was disappointing. However the woman who served me was very nice. But I couldn’t even eat the food.
