Please don’t waste your time ordering online at this store. I ordered online 15 minutes ahead of time, then arrived and was told to wait 10 minutes… no problem. I was there from 6:15pm to 7:12pm just for 1 pack of crazy pepperoni puffs. I had a lot of patience but I had to get a refund because that was not okay waiting that long for one simple order. Please don’t bother wasting your time at this store ordering online and in person, unless you have 30+ minutes to waste waiting. Very unsatisfactory.

I come here often. Today may 30, around 1:45 I put a order in for a lunch combo. Worst pizza ever, if you can even call it that!!! It had almost no cheese, no sauce, BURNT, and cut super messy! The little toppings that were on it, slide off!!! After today I will never come again! How do you mess up a pizza that bad!! I want my refund! Tall white hispanic guy wouldn’t help me out, and it was passed 2pm so lunch combo wasn’t available anymore! I want my refund. I even tipped, I tipped for horrible food!

Horrible customer service, lady at store on 05/11/25 @ 10:10pm was absolutely no help and very incompetent in nature. Did not order thru door dash I ordered directly thru site and she stated she couldn't do anything about cancelling my order that took approximately and hour and a half to arrive when the restaurant is less than a mile away. Reported to corporate. Do better. Not rocket science.
