Horrible service, lady at front couldn’t speak English and my online order takes another 15 min to make after the estimated time! I get there and all 3 pizzas are inccorrect and they hand them to me knowing this and not saying a thing until I opened the boxes to check them! Avoid this place!!

The worst service I have ever received in my life, I bought a pizza at this establishment, it was delivered cold, I ordered a combo of wings, they gave it to me incomplete as well as some incomplete garlic buns with no garlic flavor.Unfortunately, this doesn't stop there. I tried to talk to the young woman who helped me and I only received bad treatment and offensive words from the manager Johana.

I put one star because I need to put something the worst experience ever they make a mistake with my order I came back the employees give and horrible actitud they was even making jokes in Spanish they thought that I wouldn't understand what they was saying, one of them call the "manager" I try to talk to her over the phone and she with bad attitude tell me we gonna do one time courtesy take the food and don't come back to my store, basically they make a mistake with my order and they treated me like I was asking for free food. That lady Joanna she's supposed to be a supervisor but she don't even have an idea on how she have to work with the customers, don't go to this location

The staff are incompetent and don't know how to do their job even when there are a little bit of people in the store. The cashier tries to move fast but can't even remember a basic order then gets mad when they get it wrong. Overall experience is a 0 but the lowest I can give is a 1.

After my last experience at this location where I dealt with attitude, a language barrier and them not wanting to give me the sauce that obviously came with what I ordered- I decided to give them another try. I wish I hadn't. Again, the employee spoke pretty much no English. Another guy said it took a lot of effort to explain to her that he wanted 2 toppings. I started ordering. After I said classic pizza, she said "Only pizza?". Uh, let me continue to order. Then I asked for the crazy bread combo, and she said "No lunch combos". Ma'am, crazy combo, not lunch combo! Then she kept telling me they had no crazy bread. When I asked why and if they were making any more, she kept looking confused & saying "no". She kept suggesting the Italian cheese bread and saying you can only order crazy bread online. I asked the difference and she tried to explain the difference between cheese bread & crazy bread. No! I need the difference between ordering online & in-store. She had to pull out her phone to translate that they had no crazy bread. How is there none, but you can order it online? I asked to speak to someone else. Eventually she went to the back and came back saying I could order the crazy bread. So I ordered that & pizza and cheese bread. It took too much effort to order very simple items. I will not go back to this one. At least the food was hot and good (even though I got just one sauce & needed another for my cheese bread- wasn't going to bother to ask at that point since I had gone through too much already & that's what got me the attitude last time)
I had bought once and everything was fine. The second time I came, a stupid Cuban woman told me that I had to wait for my pizza when I had already placed the order at 6pm and she told me that I had to wait until 9pm.

This place is not a good place to get food. The people that work there do not speak English and are rude. I asked for a full refund on the bad service and they said they would only give money for the items that i did not get but i want a full refund for the the really bad service. I will not be come back here for lunch.
