It has been years since I went to a longhorn, but this experience was absolutely amazing. Although we made reservations in advance for a party of 25 we still had to wait over an hour to be seated. Probably due to the fact that it was a Friday evening and the elderly like to come out for early bird specials. Once seated our group service was on point. Matt our server for our group has a great attitude, very interactive and attentive. Orders were taken promptly for drinks and appetizers. Food orders for kids and everyone was also filled rather quickly considering the place was packed. The food was great; good portions, taste and very satisfying. The manager also did a great job coming to check on things after we were seated but also kept us up-to-date on the status of waiting to be seated. Great experience overall! 🥳

The worst service ever. I will never go here again. I've gone may time and its never been good but it honestly just gets worse. I prefer to go to taco bell then ever coming here again. the older blonde waitress lady is the worst so rude and they barely have waiters. our food took forever and many things were wrong with the order. we dared to order dessert and it was cold and hard like if it was old. listen lol the experience was just laughable at how bad it was.

Tonight my mom wanted to go to Longhorn for her birthday we Waited a hour and a half to be seated cool no problem soon as we got seated our server came out the worst server ever nothing was on time well, we did get our food. Our table was still a mess. She never picked anything up off the table to give us extra room to eat. It was just the worst. Another server a guy jumped in and he was awesome. She did not come back out. She said she was afraid to come back out because somebody said something to her. We just told her her service wasn’t good supposedly she’s been working 20 years absolutely being a server unacceptable when we got our food. The people who came after us got their food first and they left before us. The manager came out. She didn’t wanna hear what I had to say, but it’s cool. I’ll put it on the media for somebody who has 20 years being a server, she has to do better if she didn’t wanna come to work today she should have stayed home. And for the manager, you know who you are. No one said anything to her out the way and you came out with an attitude too. The food was wonderful. The drinks were wonderful. The server was not and the next time I give you my money in my hand and you put it back on the table. We’re gonna have a problem, sweetie. Both of you need to go back in training.

Our server kelly who actually was new and or in training was amazing. The food was great! Lobster tail was seasoned! Steak was good, along with the mac and cheese Brussels and seasoned rice omaaghhaddd. Did not waste a thing lol not to mention the peach sangria was so good. For this being my first time here just know it won't be my last lol 10/10!
