I just had the most delicious ceviche — fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. The seafood was perfectly tender, the citrus marinade was bright and refreshing, and every bite had the perfect balance of tang and spice. Absolutely unforgettable and a must-try! Thank you, Xavier!
