This review is for planned events side of the business. Let me be very polite and say that it’s not great. Before you sign a contract and pay for the service, they will promise a lot and will deliver less then a little bit. Overall very shady people to deal with. But if that’s your cup of tea go for it. Just know you will be over promised and under delivered.

The vendor failed to deliver on every single service and product purchased:
1. They advertised as being in business for 30 yrs, however, later learned that they have been in business for only 3 yrs.
2. Event planning services were not provided and when we reached out, we were told that
everything was taken care off and that “everything will be very nice and luxurious.” It did not.
3. There was no VIP Shuttle service. We had to reach out multiple times to be told that “it should be there.” After a 3rd call, we finally learned that they booked 2 Ubers, but the Uber drivers were as confused as we were about the destination and who was paying for the transportation. I received calls/messages from every guest regarding parking and nonexistent shuttle service. I had to coordinate transportation for each of them. As a result, it took over an hour to transport all the guests to the facility which cut into our celebration time.
4. The atmosphere was not luxurious. Instead, we discovered construction and exterior renovations of the neighboring building just a few feet away without warning or prior notice. There were carelessly scattered broken equipment which was hazardous and unsightly. Moreover, there were no restroom facilities in the building. We had to use restroom in
a different building with extremely limited access. This was never disclosed to us.
4. None of the decorations, particularly, ballon wrapped columns, were provided. Upon arrival, we were advised that "the wind blew the balloons away," even though when we purchased the decoration package, we were assured that
they had a team of experts securing balloons and decoration that can withstand beach wind.
5. The centerpieces were supposed to be pink and white floral arrangements but instead
we received a few bunches of fake, yellow daffodils that were knocked over by the wind
and had to be removed.
6. The sound system that was part of the venue agreement was not working for most of
the event, thus, there was no music for most of it.
7. Upon arrival at 3:00pm, there was no wait staff or bartender present. We were told that
they were running late and would arrive at 4:00pm, an hour after the event started. However, NONE of the service staff ever arrived. Later, we were informed that ALL the service staff suddenly called out. It was obvious that there was no wait staff hired. The service for 30 guests was conducted by a sole individual, the owner, who unfortunately did not meet the high standards of professionalism expected in the advertised luxury event. He wore a stained t-
shirt, oversized pants, and a ball cap, all of which did not reflect a professional image.
8. Soft drinks, juices, Voss premium bottled water, San Pellegrino sparkling bottled water
were paid for but not provided.
9. The food service did not start until 5:00pm due to delays in the kitchen (two hours after
the event start time).
10. Food was subpar. The quality of the food did not meet the standards expected for a 5-
star rating, despite what was advertised and assured.
11. Multiple food items including entrees were not enough for 30 guests. As a result,
several guests had to share their entrees.
12. The deserts were store bought.
13. There was no coffee or tea provided as paid for.
14. The supply of sparkling wine was depleted before the conclusion of the event, despite
our payment for unlimited sparkling wine.
15. The plates, utensils, and tableware were not cleared, and even though we paid for Voss premium bottled water, the 'tap' water provided to us and the guests was never refilled.
Consequently, the guests had to clear their own plates, utensils, and tableware, and
refill their own water.

I hosted 2 wedding functions in September at this restaurant and my entire wedding party was very happy with the owner Raj's service and quality of food. Amazing views and Raj went above and beyond!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent service! Franco was friendly, professional, and personable he made our dining experience wonderful! The food & drinks were delicious, compliments to the chef & bartender. Highly recommended we will be back!
