Excellent vegan Mac n Cheese! Tasty and made fresh to order. I got some jalapeños mixed in for a little heat. Friendly people. Some other places have that fake-tryna-be-vegan-velveeta, well this isn't that. This cashew-based Mac has good texture, nice aroma and a welcomed crumble on top. Shared the Mac with a non-vegan who really liked it too. I'll be back for a second helping for sure!

All of the options are incredible, if you're trying to go on a journey of flavors, then I must suggest the "Sweet Mac'n" which is mac with roasted mushroom, jalapenos, and baked plantains mixed in. The sweet and spicy balance is perfectly balanced in the way the textures and savory ingredients blend together, you will find yourself going back for more! You can customize any option to your liking from the list of mix-ins. A must have during visit to this market!
