While visiting from upstate NY we stopped in and so happy we did! Beautiful atmosphere and couple. Drinks, açaí bowl, + waffles were delicious. Definitely will be back. :)

Perhaps the best shake shop in the area. Quick, tasty, clean and classy. Main Spot nutrition rises above the standard of South Florida customer service with friendly smiles on an all star staff. My wife and I are treated exceptionally and we couldn’t imagine spending our free time and money anywhere else.

This atmosphere, food, drinks, and service here is absolutely amazing! I come here occasionally for work meetings and the customer service is always exceptional. I would highly recommend this place if you want good coffee, shakes, or snacks.

Very nice spot to come hang, talk and chill after a workout or to come work and get away for a bit. Beautiful cafeteria like place and the staff is extremely nice and attentive. This is the best house for waffles hand down and their shakes and teas are just what u need to get your energy and protein going. I’ve recommended this place to many people and will continue to do so. They’re truly the best and treat you like family!

Main Spot is the perfect place to enjoy and relax, I have been coming here for 4 years and I wouldn't change it for anything! The atmosphere is cozy and modern, ideal for relaxing or working. The Waffles and Teas are delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I especially recommend the Açaís! a delight!
Without a doubt, I will return. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience! Highly recommend. I had to write a review before even finishing my coffee here. Staff is very kind & food is delicious. We ordered 2 mini donuts (cinnamon sugar is my fav), The Cubanito Waffle (not overly sweet and a nice texture) and 2 protein coffees. I really appreciate the table games like Uno and Jenga and their tables don’t feel cramped. Will be back!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!! From the coffees to shakes to mini donuts to amazing waffles and most of all the amazing service! From the moment you open the door, you feel right at home. The entire staff greets you so kindly and if you’re having a bad day, you literally forget that you are! This place is so cozy and most importantly very clean you wont want to leave! It’s about a 40 minute drive for me but I don't mind at all. if I were closer I would definitely be there everyday! Def 5 well deserved stars!!

Their honesty is appreciated but it's unfortunate that they won't wash their food service area nor their blenders. Stay away from this place if you have allergies.

Response: Thank you for your response, however I have 2 questions. Why does that also apply to counter tops, is it not possible to clean out peanut fragments from a flat surface?
I've been to other smoothie shops and they use hot water and blend with soap to clean out their blenders, plus they also use more than one blender (they usually have 2).
These are basic steps that should be taken in all places that offer food service.
Hot water, soap, more than one container for prep. I am grateful for your honestly. Since I've seen others throughly clean their equipment and area, your reason showed me that not all places are as hygienic as others.
It's important for others to know this so they don't waste your time asking the same question.

That's why most places no matter how small have more than one food/blender container. There are standard cleaning/ disinfecting practices most establishments have in place that yours obviously does not.
If your place was so clean, why does that excuse also extend to your counters and baked goods?
I notice how you didn't address those points. Perhaps those are good ideas for your establishment going forward.

Best spot to get your protein waffles, protein shakes and refreshers. Protein waffles are my favorite and they are a must if you come 🤩🥳.
