Main Spot Nutrition

I have come to main spot about 5 times now since it’s in the area I work and I always love it! I sometimes come with my coworker for coffee and table top games to disconnect from work during lunch. My favorite thing is the protein iced coffee. Whenever I want a a coffee but don’t want to mess with my nutrition this is my favorite place for a sweet treat or pick me up. The white chocolate protein iced coffee was my favorite but I was able to put a special request for a custom drink a caramel brûlée protein iced coffee and it was DELICIOUS!! Needless to say the employees and the owner are super duper sweet and the atmosphere is super inviting.

I am usually not a waffle person, but the El Cubanito waffle was AMAZING!! such good protein shakes and pastries. must go again

tried this place for the first time today and fell in LOVE! I’m usually a coffee gal, but I went for a refresher (Paradise Falls) & it was so good. I also ordered the mini protein donuts & they did not disappoint! The atmosphere was perfectly built, with jazzy music & books lining the back walls. I ended up staying for over an hour sitting on the cutest wooden bench chatting with a friend. Everything tasted AMAZING! Service was really friendly & great. 10/10 will be back!

I love this place so much everything's delicious and so satisfying because of the high protein. Eating healthy can be hard for some because they feel like they can't eat what they want but at Main Spot you can! Great service as well. Def check it out

The service was excellent, and the food was quite good. However, the coffee could use some improvement — even the pumpkin latte, which I expected to be flavorful, was a bit bland. The double espresso had even less taste 🥲

Loved this spot, I went for the first time today and am shocked I hadn't been here before. Nutritious food and a community feel, I love it. Lots of options too! Low sugar, cal, and high protein - say less lol.

I have had the protein coffee with white chocolate, the everything waffle and the acai bowl and it was all delicious.

Update - I go all the time now, it's my new spot!!!! Must go to.

Very cute , quaint place . Service is great and they are very friendly.
We are fans of the protein donuts and waffles ! So yummy ! My son also loves their captain America refresher.

I absolutely love this place!!!!! The atmosphere and decor is amazing! I love to go relax, enjoy the music and my favorite shake and tea! I have been to several nutrition clubs this one by far makes the best shakes! The customer service is the best! Everyone is very friendly and warm. I highly recommend this lovely place to unwind and enjoy healthy and delicious meals.
