I just want to say my stay at Richard s motel extended stay and studios was wonderful the manager and cleaning staff were very helpful the rooms are very clean and nice and I want to thank Mr Richard for allowing my stay there and all of the staff for helping me threw this time together that I stayed there yours truly Rickey
Never go there again, Dirty.. very dirty, sheets with black and red spots, towels, matress. the furniture is so old that the paint tears off easily, the bed is crooked, the mattress is higher on one side than the other.

Great place to stay there getting all my business me and my family enjoyed our stay the staff is friendly and very helpful they tend to there guests and make sure happy and satisfied and most importantly it’s very clean

The rooms need to be refresh, very old. They also need to be CLEANED! We liked the trees and plants and birds. The pool is nice but need's to be cleaned more often. Shuttle to beach and BBQ are appreciated. Employees are very nice. The problem is they need to do a big clean-up of everything. The ambiance is nice to.

First and last time for us Exaggerated price for the poor quality of food and I was sick for 2 days after eating their creton (dry and without much flavor) ....... Never again for us
