$11 us dollar for a watery coffee and an unfiniahed bagle!!! This is a great atmosphere and many people work there but the service is not fully done, the coffee is very weak. There was only 2 customers and the place was not busy, I asked for the stronger coffee and she offered me that the americano indicating it wa stronger however t it was like water with coffee flavor in it. I also asked for specific bagle but received the incorrect bagle , anr cream cheese came separately in the bag . One of the workers took the order the other made the coffee and 1 put the bagel in the toaster and waited by the toaster for it to be toasted for 3 minutes, but why not put the cream cheese in it and let the client have it. This is why people buy their own food and go make it at the hotel and this is what's wrong with American way of working these days!

usually great food & and drinks, but this time.... first me and my friend and I ordered 2 iced chai lattes with oat milk. The lady who obviously didn't listen said what? and I repeated clearly what we wanted. When the drinks came, they weren't iced. It's not a big deal, but we didn't order that. My friend politely asked if she could remake them cold, and she said I guess, and then she poured the hot drink over ice and gave it to us. It was horrible she was so rude about it, too.

I really appreciate that they open early. While sitting here enjoying my coffee I noticed the staff interactions with each other and with other customers as well and it was nice to see how kind they were and appear to be generally just happy people. This makes a vacation great for sure.
