During my first visit to the Yellow Green Farmers Market (couple of month ago), I stumbled upon the Italian stand and was offered a slice of baguette topped with Stracciatella cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Initially, I approached it without much excitement, but oh my, what a revelation! The Stracciatella cheese was absolutely unparalleled, and the sun-dried tomatoes complemented it perfectly. I’ve tried many similar products at local stores, but nothing comes close to the quality...
