I decided to try this restaurant. It is not too far from me and I was craving a lox and bagel sandwich. I phoned in my order and was told to be there in 20 minutes. They were actually late with the order being ready but that was okay. I looked at the menu and watched the employees work efficiently. I brought my food home and was very happy. I ordered my lox sandwich on an asiago bagel. There was a lot of lox on it and some fresh tomato and onions. There could have been more cream cheese but overall I was very happy. The potato was very good. It had just the right amount of spice. I also enjoyed the potato latkes. They had a good amount of flavor to them. I heated those things up. They included some pickles upon request. I will definitely come back here and maybe will dine in next time.

My hubby, BFF, and I came here yesterday for a late breakfast. By the time we got there, I wanted lunch. My husband and I ordered the Philly. It was okay but it wasn't amazing. I plan to try to the Reuben next time. My bff ordered breakfast and she enjoyed it. She ordered an omelet and a cinnamon roll. My husband also ordered a cinnamon roll. In the picture they looked to be a decent size but when it came it was smaller than the picture. My husband ate one bite and that was it. It looked dry to me so I didn't eat it. I wouldn't order that.

I usually love max & mos, as of lately I must say that food quality and service has deteriorated immensely. They have much less options on the menu and run out of items rather frequently. Today I placed an order for pick up, firstly, we were missing condiments, napkins & silverware which is ok. But once I opened my boxes of food (which were squished by the way) the food was very very small portions and the food was not well cooked. I would expect much better for the price. Not pleased and probably won't be coming back for a while until I see better service and food quality/quantity for the price.

The bacon was brittle enough to drop and shatter, assuming it was pre-cooked and then reheated. The bagel was boarder line stale, even after being toasted. The chicken and waffles were bland, I’d probably take that one completely off the menu. And finally, I got my espresso 5 minutes before finishing our meal and leaving. For $34 excluding tip, I had hoped and would hope for much more. It wouldn’t be fair to give zero stars because the employees were very polite. If there was a separate area for the employees, we would give 5 stars.

I've passed by Max & Mo's several times. Decided to run in while in the area. The parking lot is wonky and made my running in a bit difficult. Once there I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and a bottle of water. At nearly $8 the cost is more than other delis and it tasted like Lender's. In hindsight I could've bought 2 packs of Lenders on BOGO for the same price. The plus side you're supporting a local business.

I grab my wrap and there’s a hair touching my wrap. It wasn’t my hair because my hair is pulled back. To say the least I’m quite disgusted someone else’s hair was in my food container and touching my food. The portion size for the coffee cake French toast was 4 and now it’s two. To say the least I won’t be ordering from here again. Seems to be inconsistent and unhygienic.

Ordered the whitefish salad platter for lunch with a side of cucumber salad. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, and my order was prepared correctly. I found the portion satisfactory for the price, but think it's a mistake to literally serve the dish on a flat platter. I couldn't keep things from rolling off onto the table.
The bagels are LEGIT!!! However they get my 3 bagel and schmear order wrong all the time. The manger will compensate for it which is great, but I would rather just have my order right the first time. Bagels are fresh but staff needs work.

Food was good, requested the radio station changed, subject quite intense, discussing lgbtq, acceptance of all is a goal for the entire world and can be discussed everywhere, at times one just wants a relaxing setting for breakfast. manager is unfriendly, combative, rude and does not allow one to speak, constantly talking over you did not attempt to listen, she is clearly unaware we ALL have the right to eat in peace especially when we are doling out our money - customer service is nonexistent, waitress was friendly but clearly terrified of 'the manager'. her attempt at inclusivity is excluding patrons manager needs to cultivate her personality as it is harsh and combative not a trait for the hospitality industry
