Trash. Plain trash. Walked on with family and a woman was arguing with the mamager, and there were 4 teenage boys with no shirt sitting at a table yelling. No standards at this place, and no management.

I just went through the deive through, its 4am in the morning, saying the system is down? Nah your are just lazy, I ordered through the app and it says you ar wide open bro, and I even gor charged for it, you better get me my refund. I would deliver 0 stars if I could.

Staff not helpful. They left out part of my food. I went in to ask about it and then was threatened by an employee. I let the kid slide due to his lack of knowledge of the situation he was about to be in as im a 2x golden gloves boxer and 3x national muay tai kickboxing. Ultimately was given my food and left peacefully.
Lobby was filthy staff was rude but food was good.

Extremely disappointing customer service at this McDonald’s. We were in line since 3:30 AM patiently waiting to place our order. After 15 minutes of waiting, at 3:45, the employee suddenly told us, “We’re closed now,” and refused to take our order.
What makes it worse is that there were still cars being served in the drive-thru, and there was no cone or sign indicating that the lanes were closed. We were already in line well before closing, yet they claimed the register was “taken away” and refused to serve us.
It’s unacceptable to make customers wait that long only to turn them away without warning. If you’re going to close, communicate clearly and professionally — don’t keep people waiting just to send them away.

This McDonald’s sucks every time I come here it’s never good just closest McDonald’s to my house. Nuggets are always hard or taste funny. They give you one sauce for a 10pc nugget meal and when you ask for more sauce they say “it’s already in the bag” or just give you straight attitude. Also ice cream machine is “not working” most days. I have to tell them “fresh fries please” because if I don’t they give you cold, soggy, flimsy fries. Not even the breakfast is good I found hair on the paper wrapper before and never came back for breakfast since. Lines are long too. The location on Sheridan st tastes better and is always fresh it’s just further out for me.

The only reason this place is still in operation is because of the busy location. The service is the absolute WORST! Waiting patiently while the workers talk and joke with each other, they then walk off like I'm not standing there waiting and then when I get their attention, it's like I'm bothering them.
I ended up just leaving because why would I give a place like this my money.

if i could leave something less than 0 stars i would. I ordered food on the app it stated it would be ready by 3:49 am. We arrived at 3:54 to pick it up as it was supposed to be ready. When we got there the lady said the system was down due to changing for breakfast at 4 am and the system shuts down 10 minutes before it switches over to breakfast so she told us to wait to see if they could see the order then after we waited a couple minutes it's now 4:09 and she goes we can't give u the food u ordered because it's breakfast now. WE ORDERED BEFORE THEY SWITCHED IT WAS TO BE READY FOR PICK UP BEFORE IT SWITCHED 🤦🏽‍♀️ So i asked the lady whose name is Jessica and she changed her tone and had an attitude and goes i can't do anything the systems changed for breakfast, we also can't refund u, your gonna have to reach out to corporate.
