We had a complicated order. We did not want pickles. They did everything right the food tasting great it was cooked properly not like other McDonald’s they put salt on the fries which is expected. I asked for light ice they gave us light ice. It was 100% they get an a at this location I hope the manager or the owner is monitoring this feedback because it says a lot the one over on US one in Hollywood is terrible. They get an F every time I go in there the one in Sterling Road is hidden and miss sometimes they get it right most of the time it’s wrong because they don’t read this location is well run

Thanks for treating the delivery drivers like crap. They barely had any customers and would not let me grab the order for the drive-thru even though I waited already. The overnight manager, whose name I am about to get acted arrogant and lazy. The website says that the breakfast starts at 6 AM, but she kept saying earlier that it said online 4 AM. Not the case! Anyway, she couldn’t make a simple substitution for a big Mac and a small fries to a breakfast item of a sausage egg McMuffin and a hash brown because apparently in her opinion, it has to be an exact price match. I have never heard this in my life! That complete BS, and she simply didn’t want to make the order. I was not rude anyway, was extremely polite came inside never said anything to them. I just said there when they had told me to come inside after waiting in the line and no one came up to even check on me. About five minutes went by until I didn’t associates finally came to the front and as I was standing there, I caught a glimpse of the manager on duty, rolling her eyes at me because she seems annoyed that I was waiting at the front even though that is what they told me to do. Please replace your night staff, or train them andprioritize the attitude that they project towards others. They should be disappointed for this because it’s awful to have to not only not be able to pick up your order, but have to deal with this on top of everything.

To Management,
I stopped at your drive-thru today at 1:49 (Order #32) and received terrible service. The young lady who handed me my order showed no courtesy or professionalism. I said “thank you” multiple times—once when she gave me my beverage and again when she handed me my food—and she ignored me completely. Not even a simple acknowledgment or a smile.
This is unacceptable. Basic customer service is a minimum standard, and it reflects poorly on your management that this is not being enforced. If this is the level of service at your location, I will be taking my business to another restaurant. (Chick-fil-A never disappoints)
Food was cold, ordered chicken nuggets for my grandchildren and even they noticed it was cold. Burgers cold fries also was cold. Looks like they were concerned about getting the food out quickly than getting it right. I'll drive to the next closest McDonald's and skip this one next time.
