Unfortunately, this McDonald’s is always dirty and has a bad smell. I’ll never come to this location again

Avoid this location!! There’s literally 3 McDonald’s close to this one.. The employees are beyond rude! I asked for a value fry for my toddler and her response was,” I’m confused” so I repeat just a value.fry please she then said, “I don’t understand we only have small med or large” that’s all she had to say from the beginning not all the confusion! Someone needs to train these employees better!

The assistant manager or crew leader who was serving the orders at the front had my order ready. I told her it was mine, but she decided to work on other orders instead of just giving me mine. After about 10 minutes, a crew member finally came and handed me my order. This really affected my experience.

This is the freshest and cleanest McDonald's in at least a 20 mile radius. I've been through many McDonald's in my area but this is the only one I come back to over and over. Their food is always fresh, their lobby is always clean, their staff is always friendly. It is a very comfortable and relaxed environment and very clean. 10/10 McDonald's. Also the owner seemed really nice

The man in the drive thru window was super nice. Actually both of them. But the one handing out the food was really sweet

Issac the manager is great but his team members are not the best. They're Immature and talk crap after I call them out on messing up my order. 9/19/2025 around 730 pm

Whoever was working September 9th at around 8pm, filled my entire burger box with grease. Whether intentional or not (I can’t see how), it bled through the cardboard box and bag, and it broke and spilled all over my car seat, lap, and center console. It burned like hell too. Everything is just greasy now and I have to spend the rest of my night getting it out. Any location but this one 👍

I can't believe I forgot to share my experience from a few months ago! Well here it goes, went to this McDonald's drive thru for breakfast. Placed my order, when I pulled up to the window. The girl repeated my order, something about the order she said. Did not sound like my order so I then said, no. That's not my order, she then took a deep breath as if she was trying to hold her composure. Then said, WHAT DID YOU ORDER?! I then repeated my order, she then snapped and said THAT'S WHAT I SAID! I then replied to her, no need to have an attitude. I probably misheard what you said, at this point I had already given her my card for payment. She just kept talking and yapping away, just doing the most. I then said, hurry up and give me my card back! She then replied, THE ONLY WAY YOU'RE GOING TO GET THIS CARD BACK IS IF I THROW IT AT YOU! I then placed my car in park and proceeded to head straight to the drive thru window! I began shouting and yelling, DO IT! THROW THE CARD! LET ME SEE YOU DO IT! At this point, she just stood there and still kept running her mouth. The manager then came and deacticulated the situation, she was very professional and apologetic about the entire situation. But honestly, she did not seem surprised at all by the girls action nor behavior. Which leads me to believe, this girl does this all the time.

I then placed a call to corporate to report the situation, because at the end of the day. Doesn't matter if you're having a bad day or not, you don't threaten anyone with violence especially when my child was in the car as well. Regardless if it were McDonald's or any fine dining restaurant, the employees actions were wrong and unacceptable! Point blank.

I am absolutely disgusted with this McDonald’s. I placed a clear order — DOUBLE cheeseburger, with KETCHUP and MUSTARD on the SIDE — and they still managed to mess it all up. They gave me a single cheeseburger and completely ignored my request for ketchup and mustard. When I pointed out THEIR mistake, they had the nerve to refuse a refund. Unbelievable.

At this point I’m going to call my credit card/ATM company and report the charge as FRAUD because that’s exactly what it is. You don’t give someone the food they ordered and refuse to give their money back. That’s theft.

The attitude I received from the staff was disgusting — rude, dismissive, and quite honestly felt straight up racist. I will NEVER be returning to this nasty, trashy McDonald’s again. The food is garbage and the customer service is even worse.

Shame on you, McDonald’s.
I pray that your whole industry goes down you don't treat customers like that as a business owner myself you people should be sued

I went in today and ordered spicy deluxe mcCrispy and apple pies. There was nothing spicy or deluxe about this sandwich. The bun was burnt and chicken was not spicy and there was no spicy sauce on top. What a disappointment. And definitely NOT what I paid for. Apple pie was burnt and inedible. Waste of money.

We ordered curbside and the food took a long time to get us and didn't taste great. Fries tasted like cardboard, mcflurry and icee were partially melted, and the iced macchiato tasted burnt. At least the ranch chicken snack wraps were good, but I'm never coming back to this one.

I recently had a disappointing experience at McDonald's. I ordered a hamburger and fries, specifically requesting that the fries be cooked fresh. Upon arriving at the window, the fries were brownish and lukewarm, and the attendant (whose name tag read Libest or something similar) claimed they were freshly cooked. She made a comment under her breath, rolled her eyes, and asked me to park. I declined, reiterating my request for fresh fries. The attendant mentioned that they were on a timer; I replied that I was also on a schedule. The manager then appeared and gave me a perplexed look. I intend to contact corporate.
