Placed an order via mobile app. No one was answering at the drive thru speaker despite being 24 hours. Refused service for no apparent reason and refused a refund, was told to cancel via the app. Mcdonalds orders can nor be cancelled once placed. I tried to be reasonable with the team member about how the order is paid for already. They still refused to provide me what i paid for despite me showing the receipt. This incident occurred 03/26/2024 at approximately 11:25 PM. I shall not go into too many details on the commentary the cashier made thinking that I did not understand spanish.

This restaurant gets 0 stars for service. I just left this restaurant. I went in the inside of the restaurant before 11p, ordered my meal at the kiosk, and when I went to pay with cash at the register I was refused due to the cashier already having closed their register. Even worse, when I pressed the cashier about why I couldn't pay all she could say is "the register was already closed". I got a receipt and filled out the survey but that isn't enough. My pregnant wife loves McDs but I will probably not go to another McDs due to this.

This was on Sunday 3/17 around 5pm they must have had the toddlers preparing the food .. this is quarter pounder deluxe . It was absolutely disgusting n awkwardly sloppy . Looks like 5 year old put it together.

The atmosphere is not friendly at all. Customers felt very discriminated against non-latinos. Management greeted their own but didn't treat other customers with the same respect. Now I've been all Latin restaurants before and was treated well, but this one has a " good ole boy" mentality ..big No No!
The place is clean and safe, the food is hot, and the service is good. The manager treated me very professionally, attentively, and in Spanish, the potatoes were just made.
