For my part, I don't give it any stars, the service is terrible and doesn't help at all. They don't have employees and the supervisors leave the establishment with only one employee.

So today 1/31/2025 I order via the . I received my food and I was missing at least 3 items off the receipt! Then on top of that the fries... It was barely filled to the top which I ordered large fries.. not to mention finding a piece of wood in my fries. So since the stores phone is out of service I had to physically go in person and complain that I was missing items. The 2 managers was a woman and man who had no customer service and the woman who had an attitude was so matter of fact and sure that the order came back correct. and didn't even try fixing the situation or give me a refund. And then told me to call Uber eats. I expected a refund.. Ive been going to this location for a long time and never had this issue until now. Poor customer service and bad food quality

Went here today 1/13/2025 paid and was waiting at the drive thru the pick up window a worker was there with a blood coming for his noise and a tissue sticking out of it. I watched him make the drinks he pulled the cup and placed his hand on the cup rim 😳. He was also at the fries station.
I pulled away from the windows and immediately called the store to speak with the manager. I went inside of the lobby area.. Someone answered the phone but never said hello. The manager finally came out and I explained to her that I wanted a refund; her worker is handling out food and drinks with a active noise bleed. There are so many blood borne pathogens and I can't not believe they have him working like that. She did not see anything wrong. Several other driver thru customer also came in after me to get refunds.

I will NEVER GO HERE again. The health department need to investigate ASAP.

The staff wears home clothes, the cash registers don’t work, the order took 15 minutes to prepare, although there wasn’t a single person in the room, no napkins were provided with the order, the Big Mac was dry and had no greens at all.

Morning Drive-Thru is a nightmare. The wait times plus getting the wrong orders is unacceptable. They need to hire more employees instead of only having 1 person taking orders from both the lobby and Drive-Thru, also having to prepare the food. I can see why all the 1 stars

I went to the lobby at this McDonald at 7pm and the lady told me lobby is closed only drive thru , I went to the drive thru and the lady at the drive thru told me that had to many orders that right McDonald is not taking no more order for the next 10 minutes , and literally the whole McDonalds was empty

It is frustrating to have the worst McDonald’s be the one by my house! Every time I go to this one there’s a 5 minute wait to even place an order and that’s every car! Once you pull up to the order screen you have to wait 5 minutes. Then wait in line, in total it takes 10-15 minutes to get through the drive through line and this is every time even when it’s not busy. I’ve been to other McDonalds and Im in and out of the drive through line in 3-5 minutes when it’s busy! I’m not someone to complain but this is now the 5-6 times I’ve visited this place. This shows poor management.

I’m not sure what happened today but I usually come here all the time but I got treated different today & brushed off the 2 employees were speaking Spanish amongst themselves but I also understand Spanish but I guessed they assumed I didn’t because I’m African American.

10/18/24 @ 1:30pm Waited 35 minutes for a quarter pounder meal. Very disorganized here. Placed the order and the manager couldn’t find the order even though I showed the receipt on the phone. The manager proceeded to work on other customers orders and leave me standing there. Then after 35 mins of me standing there she said oh I found the order. Now I’m late going back to my job. The manager did not apologize and just handed me my food. She showed 0 empathy and could care less. Very disappointed.
