Typical McDonald's with self.service ordering when you enter. Don't bother with the table number when selecting dining there since they just call you to the counter when your food is ready. They missed one of my fish sandwiches too so I had to ask for it.

Incredible. We were waiting to buy our food at McDonald's, and a man arrived in a tow truck. In just a few minutes, he put a wheel boot on a car and left a paper on the windshield. When we noticed, he had already booted eight cars. The ticket costs $80, and they remove the boot right away if you pay in cash. We had the money, so they took it off but what if we didn’t? We would have needed to call a tow truck. Do not park there unless you stay in your car to eat. If they don’t see you, they will put a boot on your car. The man had a very bad attitude. I had to beg him because he didn’t believe I was inside McDonald’s. When I asked him why, he said, “That doesn’t work with me.”
I am extremely upset about what happened at this location. I parked, made an order, and my vehicle was booted. There was no clear or reasonable warning that this could happen. This feels predatory and completely undermines customer trust. Management needs to address this immediately.

The worst service ever. Entering that restaurant is a horrible and hostile experience. During the late hours, there's a crazy woman who's supposed to be the manager, yelling at everyone, especially her employees. They all seem to be punished for no reason. I go there many times because it's close to me, and she's always yelling. As a customer, it's uncomfortable, and I can't imagine what it's like for the employees. Next time, I'm going to the authorities for workplace harassment.
