Long Island Iced tea and a Pina Colada came to $42. Didn't realize that he adds a tip. Wouldn't ever go back. Long Island just tasted like nothing but booze and water. Pina Colada was good but too pricey. Doesn't advertise his drink prices on the menu so I should have known.
I really liked how they served the ceviche, it is very tasty, although the portions are a little small.
The atmosphere is very pleasant and the view is beautiful.
The service is very good, everyone is very nice and makes sure you are comfortable.
The prices are normal, although I would add a few grams to each dish for this price!
Next time I'll try the drinks!!

We went this past memorial day weekend and stopped at McGowan's for breakfast/lunch. We started with the fried calamari that was crunchy, flavorful, and like everything else FRESH. We ordered the ceviche for us adults and chicken nuggets for our little one. The flavor was there! The ceviche gave off a posole style taste that was pleasantly surprising!
