Our first time at Mexicote in Hollywood. It’s a small, dine-in fast-food Mexican spot. We ordered the birra tacos, steak tacos, and Al Pastor tacos; a side of street corn and beans. Everything was flavorful, the most flavor being the steak tacos! We’re happy to have a good, real Mexican food spot in the neighborhood! (P.S. They serve breakfast!!)

We came here for dinner one night and left very impressed. They had really good chips and salsa which were freshly made and complimentary, of course. My lady said her shrimp tacos had A+ quality shrimp that could stand alone. My birria tacos were excellent. Flavors were pretty reserved in the beef and the consommé, but together they were perfect. The search of the best Mexican food in South Florida is over. I'm so glad I found mexiote. Absolute hidden gem and delicious food. Idk how I didn't know about this place sooner. Authentic Mexican food.
