We’ve been loyal customers at this restaurant, visiting 3–4 times a week and always ordering the Mala Crayfish, which is usually flavorful and fresh. However, during our recent visit, the dish was clearly not fresh — the texture and taste were off. We politely brought this to the attention of the waitress, expecting a replacement or solution.
To our surprise, she tasted it herself and began yelling at us in front of other diners, refusing to replace the dish. Although she eventually said we wouldn’t be charged, the unprofessional and rude behavior was shocking, especially given how often we support this restaurant.
Restaurants should value regular customers, not embarrass them publicly for valid feedback. We hope the management takes this seriously and improves customer service
After reading some reviews complaining about the waiting time and loud noise, I decided to place a pickup order. I'm very happy with the authentic flavor, quantity and price. Unfortunately they left out the dish I really wanted to try, the cucumber salad. I can say the restaurant was definitely not busy at the time, for there weren't other customers or pickup orders waiting at the time I picked up mine.
I will order from here again, maybe even try to dine-in, but will check all items before I leave.
Good spot for late night hotpot and karaoke lover.

If you’re craving Chinese skewers BBQ and AYCE hot pot, this spot is a rare find. The food is decent—perfect for late-night snacks when you want something satisfying and flavorful. The skewers are packed with that smoky, grilled goodness, and the hot pot is a solid option if you’re in the mood for something heartier.
Now, don’t expect any kind of service; you’re pretty much on your own here, which might not be ideal for everyone. But if you’re all about the food and not worried about attentive staff, it’s worth a visit, especially since they stay open late.
Overall, great for quick bites and something unique you don’t come across often.
TLDR: best AYCE hot pot AND Chinese skewers spot.

Even though we heard something bad regarding the owners from reviews in different forums, we came here bc my friend desperately wanted to have some Chinese skewers. We regretted a lot after sit down for 5 minutes.
Warning 1: DO NOT COME HERE if you are sensitive to NOISE. They put a Karaoke in the dining area where every single customer were FORCED to be an audience of random “singers”. You’d better pray to have someone good at singing. No kidding, it was so loud that it brought her headache and we had to switch to take out.
Warning 2: DO NOT COME HERE if you are a YOUNG WOMAN. Or be prepared to get no respect, let alone service. We got no greeting, no water after seating there for 30 minutes. We had to share 1 menu given that we were the only customers who need menu sback then. She showed no patience for us to decide the spicy level of skewers even though it only took 10 seconds. After placed the order, we wanted to keep it just in case we want to order more foods and she seemed like pissed off, throw it back to the table and walked away immediately. How “courteous” and “welcoming”! If she treated everyone with the same way, I’d thought it was just another no-service Chinese restaurant that I’ve been ran into and quite chilled with. However, I heard she complimented the gentleman with honeyed voice. Later, another group of customers came in. She did the same when answered one of the young man’s question with a big smile. Oh well, we thought she had less nerves to have any facial expression, which proved wrong sooner.
Of course it is her own decision whether to smile or be kind to someone or not. But based on our own experience, I sincerely suggest anyone who wants to come here be sure to bring a cock with you to get basic service.
To be fair, their skewers are fine, at least we did not showed food poisoning symptoms afterwards. Cucumber salad is too soft, which might indicate it’s not fresh enough and dehydrated. Eggplant is bitter. Squid is overcooked. Sausage, mutton and chicken gizzard were at average, enoki and mussel were great and the only two that I would recommend.
