Went in with my family a week ago, decided to try their Hot Pot. I was very disappointed. All the veggies gotten dried out from the fridge environment, looked like it had been sitting in the fridge for a long time. I suggest to put a food grade cover film over each plate of the ingredients, so it stay looking and tasting fresh.
