Have not eaten at Miami Grill in a year. A few things changed. The wings are not good like before. The BBQ sauce is too sweet. My husband ordered Gyros platter. It was delicious. The fries were good. Service at drive throuh was nice.

I visited this location yesterday and the food was absolutely repulsive. I order a 10 piece krispy wing platter with double fries. The wings were hard, old and still had blood in the middle. The fries were cold and stale. For the wait time to be so horrendous and to ask for everything fresh, I received nothing of that sort. I filed a complaint on the company's website the same day. No response. I brought the food back and came to the location, to be refused a refund or replacement. The manager Alex was rude and sarcastic. I took a picture of the food. He called the police, which we waited over an hour for and they did not show up. Even though two police cars drove past and the police station is less than 2 minutes away. I want my money back immediately! And compensation for gas and harrassment. He needs to be fired. BBB has been contacted! The health department is next

After a long trip you only want to be treated with good energy. This lady make my night, thank you for you smile, kindness and enjoy what you do. That’s all I need to finish my day. And Amazing gyros of course!

The food is good. Steak and cheese is hard to mess up. I really liked the Cuban breed they use, I think all cheese steak sandwiches should use Cuban bread.
