I literally was here trying to order, she asked if I needed help I said I wanted a cookie and she just stood in my face strolling thru Instagram .
I was so confused as if I not just asked for something … mind you she’s just watching other people stories with a line of people in front of her .

I arrived at the store and there was no one there. They were inside and took a long time to get out. When she helped me, she rushed me with very poor service. 09/01/25

This place is bad it’s overpriced and my cookies were hard ice cream is not that great either. 4/10 would not recommend you going
if you like melted overpriced unsanitary ice cream this is the place for you. I got a cone the worker put his bare hands all over my cone. I was going to eat the ice cream out of the cone but it was practically melted by the time I got outside. There are plenty of places with frozen, sanitary, overpriced ice cream go to one of those.

The cookies were absurdly dry. I wouldn’t have been able to get through them without the ice cream, and even then I couldn’t finish them. The ice cream was pretty good, it definitely deserves a shout out.
Worst milkshakes ever. Toppings taste stale like it’s been out for a few days, whipped cream tastes a little off, and my milkshake was very water down, I was basically drinking chocolate milk. I wasn’t even given a receipt for my order.
We had a great experience last night. I had heard about these cookies but had never tried them before. We had the salted caramel, chocolate chip, and chocolate filled. We loved them all. The place was clean and the worker was friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my wallet that night, and they held it for me (put away) until the next day. We will definitely be visiting again.
