This place is bad it’s overpriced and my cookies were hard ice cream is not that great either. 4/10 would not recommend you going

if you like melted overpriced unsanitary ice cream this is the place for you. I got a cone the worker put his bare hands all over my cone. I was going to eat the ice cream out of the cone but it was practically melted by the time I got outside. There are plenty of places with frozen, sanitary, overpriced ice cream go to one of those.

Did t try the cookies, stop by to have an ice cream and it was really good! Nice place

Fresh warm cookies. Delicious

The cookies were absurdly dry. I wouldn’t have been able to get through them without the ice cream, and even then I couldn’t finish them. The ice cream was pretty good, it definitely deserves a shout out.

Worst milkshakes ever. Toppings taste stale like it’s been out for a few days, whipped cream tastes a little off, and my milkshake was very water down, I was basically drinking chocolate milk. I wasn’t even given a receipt for my order.

We had a great experience last night. I had heard about these cookies but had never tried them before. We had the salted caramel, chocolate chip, and chocolate filled. We loved them all. The place was clean and the worker was friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my wallet that night, and they held it for me (put away) until the next day. We will definitely be visiting again.

One employee line out the door. Uber driveres canceling pick ups. How you only have 1 worker. Hire more employees. I feel bad for the one guy trying to do everything himself. Bad ownership for leaving him high and dry

Wasn’t really a welcoming environment to begin with. Team Members seemed very uninterested in being there. The cashier wore a bonnet and talked in the phone as we ordered..

I ordered the 6 cookie deal for $10. These are by far the most flavorless cookies I’ve ever had. The cashier offered to warm them up but when I received them back a few minutes later were were still hard and somewhat cold/room temp. It was evident that they were never warmed.

After another request to warm them, a nice young lady came from the back and offered to warm them and apologized. I truly appreciated her effort.

We went around 1 am and the staff is not very welcoming instead they looked at us with a disggust as if we are bothering them. The guy who helped us barely look at us while we are placing our order to him and just keep speaking Spanish to his coworker. Won't visit again that's for sure Only if there's another place open for ice cream around that time we wouldn't end up here.

1st off, the smell in this place isn't as sweet as the cookie crumble place, extra points there. It was not crowded at all and as it being my first time getting cookies from there, they did not fail me, I got oreo red velvet which was a bit crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, cookies and cream which was gooey and very tasty, and, butter crunch, which was very soft and gooey, only thing I didn't like was the crunch cereal on top, tasted like cereal sitting in milk, the sticky feeling; of course that would happen when it's been warmed though 😋. Too bad I only got two bites out of each cookie (LITERALLY TWO BITES EACH)before my tooth started disliking me😭😭😭🥲.
The delicious cookies gave me a tooth ache😂😂😂😭 should have taken more bites before. Will come again.
