Very slow waited more than 45 minutes to get our drinks. Waiter never asked us how our meals were. We had a five of us and we won’t be coming back.

Came in from a 16 hour flight and I was starving! But Had a mix up with my delivery order - so I called on a Thursday night at 11pm. - the manager was EXCELLENT! Helped right away and made it right. I’m ordering from them a lot more now because I was so impressed with such concern for my situation in a world where it seems no one even makes an effort to fix mistakes anymore. He gave a damn and I appreciate it, thank you so much.

I had a disappointing experience at Miller's Ale House today. After being seated, I politely requested a glass of water, but the server was rude and dismissive. It took multiple attempts just to get water, and the service remained unwelcoming and unprofessional throughout. Despite speaking with the manager, Oscar, who did his best to resolve the issue and was very apologetic, the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable. After nearly 30 minutes of waiting, I left hungry and disappointed. I hope management addresses these service issues.
Date: September 14th I want to recognize the General Manager, Mark, for personally reaching out to address a concern I had regarding my recent experience at the restaurant. It shows that customer service is a top priority and that the company is moving in the right direction to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate the follow-up, especially since it's rare for others to do so after a review is left. Thank you for your dedication to making things right!
Miriam the server was so rude, unprofessional and she was giving us attitude for everything that we asked. The Cajun pasta wasn’t the same recipe as every ale house. At the end she gave us our check wrong and Miriam the server fix it with bad attitude

We honestly went last minute randomly so we just had an appetizer (which took a bit to arrive) but it was worth the wait cause it was nice and hot and tasty. The drinks were delicious but most importantly it was a very fun experience thanks to the bartenders. I’d go back to sit on the bar and keep trying their favorites. I wish I remembered the names of the two bartenders but I will be coming back and asking for them!

The afternoon waitress was very attentive & personable. I dined with 2 of my brothers who were on their way to the FLL airport. We enjoyed a nice lunch & conversation. We were welcomed to linger a bit as they had plenty of time before their flight. Highly recommend the Fish n Chips lunch special @ $7.99
