I bought two sandwiches that came to the register for 13.99 each. The older, bald man removed the price tag and charged me 19.99—it's highway robbery! They even charged me to enter the store. We just used Mimi’s to cater for a dozen people at our house. The food was incredible, from the famous stuffed shells to chicken dishes (marsala, parmigiana), garlic rolls, mozzarella and tomatoes. The food is always prepared with care and love. It’s a family operation that makes you feel a part of the family. The kitchen is spotless. The help is kind and generous: shoutout to Linda Belisi especially. My wife Susan has been going to Mimi’s for fifty years and has never been disappointed.

Wow this place is amazing ! So many fresh pastas, sauces, and cheese ! The meat ball sub was amazing so fresh and well seasoned. Also amazing cheese pull from the fresh mozzarella! 10/10 ! We algo got fresh pizza dough and pizza sauce ! Amazing service as well

Italian Sandwich was amazing. Tons of meat and flavors. Softest bread & freshly baked. Also it weighed at least 2lbs in the bag so they stuff it lol coming back next week to try their roast beef

Always amazing pastries, fresh bread and cheese made in house. The deli meats are also great. The staff is very kind and there is some seating outdoors. I recommend any of their pastries, as well as their hoagies/subs, and pizza. Made in house in a brick fire oven. Absolutely delicious!!

Being a customer of over 25 years I was treated so horrible today I will Never go back. I told the person at the register if the lunch meat wasn't ready I couldn't wait then some guy from the back began cursing at me making a non issue into making a customer never go back. Making inappropriate comments about my disability is VILE and people that curse and mistreat the handicapped will destroy your business as you had a happy customer now I will encourage everyone going forward I will send all my business to your competitors. You dont know what people are dealing with and I had barely left my house in weeks because of the weather affecting my back and my extreme pain but to go and be treated so horrible in a place that was always such a kind place I always tipped tge girls and was treated well. As a small businesses you need to evaluate how you treat people as treating anyone the way I was treated today your business will not survive!, I appreciate the older woman who was always kind trying to calm it down but you cant make excuses for his bad behavior. The guy cursed at me several times and then made fun of my handicap you can't excuse that horrible behavior as it will destroy your business or you could be sued because of it, hope you find better staff that dont think it's appropriate to curse and bully a handicapped woman. Disgusting!!!!!
Signed a former very good Customer! Once I was cursed at by a man you lost me for life. I dont allow men to curse at me and despite my disability I stay positive but clearly that man was out of hand and created an issue than when I stood up for myself he attacked my disability. Just Vile!!

I have visited Mimi’s Ravioli on several occasions & although very pricey, I have found the pizza to be excellent and the desserts were delicious. However, I ordered 2 breaded egg eggplant the other day which were $4.00 and It was totally tasteless. It didn’t even have any salt, would I have known that I would not have spent the money. The eggplant certainly let me down. I won’t be buying that again. Other than that I recommend it, although you may not wanna be a regular with the high prices.

Been in this area for over 25 years and not once have I entered since there was another Italian market across the street from them. I saw someone walk out with a pie so I figured let me give them a try. This place is very expensive and for what? A pie was $19 and full of grease. The deserts completely overpriced. We were waiting in line to pay and another customer told the cashiers that we we're waiting and the cashier made a hand gesture and took her anyway. The ladies in the front have horrible customer service. One of the ladies was speaking terribly to the staff. Very uncomfortable and will never go back there. Whoever manages this place needs to revisit a customer service coarse and understand that all walks of life live in this area and everyone should be treated with respect.
