The service at Miramar Bakery needs improvement. The cashiers showed a poor attitude, at least in their expressions and way of attending customers. When working with the public, a friendly attitude is essential. On top of that, our order was served incorrectly, which shows a lack of focus and care. Hopefully, management will take this into account, because the quality of a business is not only in the product but also in customer service.

These shysty lady that works the register is a crook and should be arrested for theft. I bought items originally less than $10, showed the amount pending and when the transaction was finalized it came out to 12.58, so basically she added a tip for herself on top of the cash tip I left. She purposely didn’t give me a receipt, or tell me the amount upfront. 100% theft and she should be held liable for this! Absolutely unacceptable!
