“Amazing experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was cozy, perfect for a date night. The seafood pasta and risotto were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. “I had a wonderful dining experience at The Bistro. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon, and without exaggeration, it is the best Eggs Benedict I’ve had in the United States. Having lived here for close to seven years, that says a lot.
The eggs were cooked to absolute perfection, the Canadian bacon was flavorful, and the dish was beautifully presented. It was served with a fresh side salad that was perfectly balanced and lightly dressed with a refreshing lemon dressing—simple, elegant, and delicious.
Our server, Diego, was attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure our experience was excellent. His service elevated an already outstanding meal.
If you appreciate quality ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and exceptional service, The Bistro is a must-visit. I’ll absolutely be back.“

“Last night, we dined at Maass and had the privilege of sitting at the chef’s counter. The experience was nothing short of amazing! They graciously accommodated my veganism, although I must admit, I indulged and opted for vegetarian dishes last night. Meanwhile, LD fully immersed himself in the tasting menu. Chef Ryan Ratino, along with his Michelin-accoladed team at Maass in Fort Lauderdale, curated a truly spectacular experience.“
