The place is time dated and could definitely use an update.

The food was good but overpriced. The place was short-staffed. They need to update the upholstery. The upholstery was up my ass.

We have been here 3 times in 2 months. The first two times we would rate as 5 stars. However, last night things were different. First, we asked if the coffee was fresh. After being told it had been made at 3 pm (2.5 hours earlier), we asked if the waiter would make some fresh. He said he was not going to waste it; he would not make any more until this had run out! I've NEVER had sometime day something about making a fresh pot. Coffee is literally their highest profit item as it costs 5-10 cents per cup! A whole pot is less than $2 to make! Then when we got our food two dishes were sent back. Then the new dishes they were replaced with were equally awful. Last, we go there for the shakes but this one was like pure milk. Where was the ice cream to make a thick creamy shake? It was like drinking strawberry milk. Very disappointing evening. Maybe tge difference was we went there on a Saturday night instead of lunchtime?
