WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER LADY WAS EXTREMELY NASTY, AND RUDE THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE THE RICE TASTED LIKE THREE DAYS OLD. I ASKED FOR A REFUND SHE REFUSED AND TOLD ME TO CALL THE POLICE. I PAID EXTRA FOR CHICKEN AND NEVER GOT IT ON MY EGG FOO YOUNG ? ? I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN STAY AWAY!!!!

You guys need to try to have 1 closing time and get better staff because your staff is really rude and if you are saying 9:30 you should try to start closing at 9:30 i orderd today and I came at 9:27 but I did not get the food because you where closed I got really hurt bij that I really wanted to have Chinese food today and I only like you guys food I even referred you guys to all my teachers and friends but I’m really sorry to say that you guys have changed and I’m really hurt I don’t think I will ever order again here not everyone can be on time but we still try costumers are like god to business owners and you guys insulted a costumer today sorry man you guys gave me the worst experience till today your food is good but your service is really low

I read the reviews they were horrible. I decided to give them a chance. I had a chicken Low mein and it had a funny smell and it looks like it’s not fresh, I also had the cream cheese thing that is suppose to have crab in it and there wasn’t any crab at all. I called and they were very non chalant about my order.This is my third time ordering here. The food is bad. Like really bad. Not fresh and there’s no seasoning at all. Not even a dog would eat that food. Save your money and go elsewhere.It’s bad.

On 9/10/23, I ordered takeout from New Wong's, and it was the perfect choice for a movie night in. The Chinese food was of exceptional quality, satisfying our craving for delicious flavors. We have been ordering for years since we moved into Hollywood and have always been satisfied.I'm also grateful for the quick service, as our order was ready promptly, allowing us to enjoy our meal without any delay. I ordered BBQ ribs, meat with onion and shrimp in lobster sauce, everything was horrible, the ribs were dry and seemed to have been heated up for days, the meat was just pure onion, and the shrimp in a soup that you don't even know what it is, very bad experience

I ordered food yesterday I asked that my chicken be cooked extra crispy when I receive my food it was not fully cooked, and the chicken smelled rancid I called to get a refund one young lady told me ok, but it would take 4 to 5 business days to go through I said ok then shortly after I received a call from the restaurant with another female which was extremely rude telling that the chicken fully cooked, I told her it was not, she then proceeded to let me know that I was the problem, it didn't understand why she had called me back if it was already agreed upon that I would get back my refund just to argue with me it's still crazy to me.

This was my first visit to this establishment,Placed My Order Over The Phone ☎️ For Pickup.There was a 15min Wait.When I Arrived For Pickup The Environment Was Clean,Staff Was Friendly &Helpful,Fair Prices,The Food Was Hot& Fresh ,But The Parking Spaces Are Limited.

The food is always fresh and hot and delicious my favorite Chinese restaurant now!

Horrible. The staff was friendly and all, but the inside of the business was FILTHY. The air conditioner doesn’t even work, which is a major no in a business. The A/C vent was extremely dusty. I’m pretty sure there is also mold in there as well!! Don’t go here it’s so dirty.

The fried rice is the best had a jumbo 4 people can eat it
